pire service recu dans un hotel et lorsque je mentionne ce qui ne fonctionne pas je me fait raccrocher au nez - réservation 23 juin 2024. il nous envoie un courriel quelques heures avant la réservation pour nous aviser qu'ils ont surbooker. Nous appel a 19h pour nous dire que si nous ne sommes pas arrivée a 21h nous ne pourrons pas faire notre check in. tres malprore

Je déconseille fortement Mauvais service Aucune communication Malpropre On m’informe le jour même qu’ils ont surbooker et que ma chambre n’est plus disponible. En trouve une autre qui ne me convient pas mais bon nous sommes le jour même ! Donc on l’accepte. M’appelle finalement à 19h pour me dire que je ne pourrai pas entrer dans ma chambre si je n’arrive pas avant 21h. Aucune avis d’avance j’ai dû quitter un engagement au travail en vitesse pour m’y rendre et me faire accueillir par une dame sans aucun savoir être. Quand jappel pour mentionner mon insatisfaction on me raccroche au nez
