Çok iyi ağırlandık, personel çok nazik ve her türlü soru ve problemlerde yardımcı olup çözüm buluyorlar. Odalar şık ve güzel, büyük balkonlar mevcut. Temizlik konusunda da diyecek hiç bir şey yok, günlük temizlikler çabuk ve detayında yapılmaktadır. Tek eksi puan duvarların çok ince olup, o yüzden sesler kolay geçmesi. [9/10]

I am currently at the Thermal Elite Hotel, it's just super! The hotel owner and staff are very friendly and at home to every guest. The rooms are extraordinarily comfortable: beds with orthopedic mattresses, pillows on which you want to sleep! Air, nature! Relax! The room can take a bath with thermal water, where else can it be? If you want to swim in a pool with thermal water and take the hamm, it's just 300 meters away from the hotel all the services. Thank you for the warm reception and good attitude! The staff really are very interested, especially the lady of Arzu is very interested and she is laughing, sincere. The hotel is very comfortable, everything you need is available, rooms are very clean and elegant. Yalova is the only hotel I prefer

Those who want peace and tranquility in nature should come here without hesitation. The breakfast is great, everywhere smells delicious... The staff is friendly and attentive. Even a picky person like me left the hotel happily, you can imagine the rest... thank you vela verde family 👌🏻

I've stayed in this hotel two times, first time it was for three months, last time it was for one month. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful, the cleaning ladies does a very good job, the hotel is clean and very quiet. There is a Mosque as a neighbor, so expect prayer calls early in the morning and evening. The windows and balcony doors have good soundproofing if they are closed, but you may still hear it if you are a light sleeper. What I like second best about this hotel is the Spa they have in the basement where you can get sauna, steamroom, and a variety of massages. After a week of long days, to get a sauna, steamroom, soapy massage and antistress massage... it's pure bliss! The best part, especially now with covid is that the Hotel has a restaurant with indoor and outdoor seating, and fancy windows so we can sit outside and still be warm. The waiters that were there the first time I were there have moved on, one of the bartenders are the same I think. On my last visit the wait staff was a little bit of a disaster, they didn't speak english, and the orders got confused. But Luckily we had Ender, he spoke English, and if he was not sure he would ask, to make sure we got what we ordered. and he would also facitiltate special orders if you wanted to order something that was not on the menu. Very happy with this hotel, especially the service Ender gave us in the restaurant!

The hotel is good. It is situated near a roundabout but the room was very quiet. The breakfast is very good and the staff is very helpful. It is extremely clean and the internet connection was very good - usually it is not so good in Turkey.

Great stay, impeccable service & facilities. Very helpful staff, especially Rabiya & Bahar in the restaurant, could both be in higher levels of responsibility as they understand the guest experience (I own tourist businesses & I would train them for management). We will return.

The Hyatt House is an excellent hotel, well managed, efficient with abundant amenities to make a great long stay, but also a short stay. We were there two days. It's located ideally just outside of Istanbul, but easy to access the new Istanbul international airport. The management was very friendly and welcoming. Our one week stay in Turkey was delightful, rich in culture and history, great food, easy to get around by car (highways were excellent). and very friendly people.
