Mercure Trabzon Hotel

The hotel is located in the center and everything was ok but the only thing that was bothering me about the hotel was the hotel didn’t help me to get my room when I arrived two hours before 4pm

Excellent hotel !!

I spent 4 nights at the hotel, and the cleaning was inadequate. They even left trash in the middle of the toilet. The breakfast restaurant tables were consistently dirty, with food remains on the floor and tables. The staff were also not welcoming. I didn’t enjoy my stay and will never stay there again.

The hotel is modern and clean, reception are welcoming and nice, I left my mobile in a taxi they did not help to call the company try to inform them, hotel is far from city center it cost to Meydan 400 Tl each way, to forum mall 350 tl each way…………..

It was a great experience, the hotel was excellent with the modern designs. I have enjoyed being with my family in this hotel, we have spent 6 nights in this hotel without any issues. The front office staff are very nice and friendly, the check in/out experience was excellent. The hotel location is perfectly nearest from Forum mall and Mydan, and if you need a taxi the front office staff will arrange for you with pleasure. The breakfast was excellent with many varieties with the delicious foods, and the staff in the restaurant perfectly manage your requirements. Mercure Trabzon Hotel, a hotel with beautiful views of the Black Sea, a modern hotel with a good location. On the right, you can go to Gevahir Shopping Complex by taxi 10 minutes, and to the north, Forum Shopping Complex, 15 minutes by taxi. Upon entering the hotel, you will find a beautiful and spacious reception hall with beautiful decor. I always like it when the general manager is successful, he knows how to manage the hotel, follows up on the customer's needs himself, the cleanliness of the entire hotel, and receives the customer and asks him about his needs and the extent of comfort. The reception manager is wonderful and all the staff are wonderful, beautiful elegance, smiling, speaking English. I used the restaurant. They have a varied menu of food, it was delicious, and the way of cooking is really wonderful ,The dinner they have is delicious. hotel rooms; Wonderful, full-service, clean, spacious bathroom. I consider this hotel to be 5 stars. It should be chosen when visiting Trabzon. I thank the general manager and all the hotel staff for their hospitality and comfort, and I thank the people of Turkey (Trabzon) for their hospitality and generosity to me in their beautiful country.
