It was a good stay

The hotel's staff was kind and accommodating, which made the experience great. This location is perfect for families and the cost is appropriate. The room was accommodated with one double bed, one cupboard, one sofa bed and TV. The bathroom was clean and provided with a hairdryer, a complimentary toothbrush, shower soap, and shampoo. In general, the room and the toilet are clean. Additionally, tea and coffee were offered for free with two cups and a kettle. The air conditioning performed well. The breakfast buffet was also enjoyable for me. Needs improvement : As usual, There was no bidet water spray in the toilet and no spoon or knife in the room

Having just returned (11th July 2022) from a 5 day vacation to Trabzon staying at the Royal Axis Suites, its only fair for me to share my honest review.. Location - Great location, around 5/10 minutes away from the airport. Its also important to know that there is flights during the day and early evening but no disturbance from planes throughout the night which was good. Staying here we also had a beautiful beach view and could see the planes after take off which my 2.5 year old daughter loved! Service/Staff - The service was bad and the staff weren't very helpful at all (apart from 2 guys that were friendly). The apartment we stayed in wasn't very clean, lots of mould in the showers, dirty hand prints on the walls and we had to re-wash the very little cups/cutlery/dinnerware that was left for us to use. As we landed in the middle of the night to arrive to the apartment with no refreshments left inside for us, we asked one of the staff for some bottles of water which resulted in a great heated debate and EVENTUALLY we were given some. The apartment wasn't cleaned properly on the days that cleaning occurred (every other day). Beds made (not 100% sure if the sheets were changed?), bins emptied and floors sloppily mopped. Also someone had randomly come into our apartment on the first day we arrived and did nothing else accept from take 3 used towels which we all found very bizarre and a little unsettling. The apartment - The apartment itself was very spacious, 3 bedrooms - 1 which had an en suite - 1 main bathroom that was very big and a fabulous view of the beach where one day I saw dolphins swimming in the sea which was lovely! However there should absolutely be a selection of tea, coffee and other refreshments left for guests upon arrival and more cups, glasses and utensils to use in the kitchen. The whole apartment could just do with a refresh in decor to bring it back to life. I would purely only recommend to stay here for the location other than that I wouldn't bother. We had breakfast included and it was the same selection of things every day, the 'hot' food was not very hot and it wasn't a very big selection. People were also feeding themselves straight from the breakfast buffet, using none of the utensils to pick the food up - there should definitely be a member of staff around to tell guests not to do that, for obvious hygiene reasons!
