Badly maintained villas We had maintenance problem every day ! Yaman tried to solve it but nevertheless the problems occurred every day , water shortages, pool cleanliness, sewage smell in bathrooms, and flooded kitchen. I will never return !

We found Bovilla through Airbnb and booked for a week long stay in advance. The day of check in, an hour before our arrival while we were driving to the property, they cancelled our reservation alerting us only by email. We called, and the host Ramadan told us that if he keeps our reservation they lose money. He was argumentative and laughed at we saying we’d leave poor reviews. We later learned through the Airbnb dispute process that they rented to a new guest for more money last minute. We had to find a place that was much more expensive last minute as well, considering our family suddenly had no place to stay on our vacation. We also still haven’t received a refund. BEWARE.
