We arrived at the hotel late at night, a group of five people. Our booking clearly stated that two guests would stay in a standard room and three guests in a family room with two bedrooms and a bathroom. Instead, we were handed a key to a so-called “family room” which turned out to be nothing more than a single room with three beds squeezed together, a tiny balcony, and absolutely no space. We immediately returned to the reception to demand the family room we had paid for. The staff, however, did not speak English at all – not even at the reception desk – and had to rely on translation tools to communicate. After a long discussion, we were told there were “technical problems” and no family rooms were available. We insisted on speaking to a manager, since we had paid for services that were not provided. Only after two hours of waiting were we offered two separate rooms for one night, and the following day we were finally moved to the correct family room. This level of service is unacceptable. A hotel advertising itself as 4 stars should, at the very least, employ staff capable of basic English communication, especially at the reception and bars. Furthermore, the entire property is in desperate need of renovation – it is old, poorly maintained, and in no way reflects a 4-star standard. The final straw was the lack of hygiene. We ordered coffee, and the cup was visibly dirty, still marked with lipstick from a previous guest. This is absolutely disgraceful and speaks volumes about the overall cleanliness of the establishment.

The hotel was amazing, the staff and the service was good. Clean rooms, good food and beverages. The location is far from the city centre but there is a schedule for mini buses that cost 1 EUR. The only down side is that some people leave their towels on the sun lounge for hours without using them or the pool, it is the same for the beach area, I think the staff should not allow this. In conclusion, if you want a quiet vacation with good night entertainment for kids and family Latanya is a good choice, else if you prefer to spend more time on night walks in the city center then you should find another option.

Well we're do I even start. On arrival I noticed that it was in the middle of nowhere, which made me think that maybe it was good to relax and cater for everything I may need.....couldn't be far wrong. Our room was on the first floor, not easy for me with 2 knackered knees, but I managed, as none of the hotels 5 lifts weren't working and hadn't for nearly a year. The room on first glance wasn't that bad, we arrived late and we were both shattered. Once light we noticed the room was very dated, peeling wallpaper, broken furniture, only half a shower door, no safe and the balcony was the size of a door mat. We asked for a room change as we're asked to go back the next morning. I asked if there was anything on the ground floor and we were shown a very small disabled room which smelt like an ashtray, it was awful. So had no choice but to have a room on the first floor again. I noticed the hotel had a step over ever accessable doorway, make shift ramps in some places but not all, this hotel isn't equipped for the disabled. The WiFi is vertically none existent with everyone gathering around reception which appeared to be the only place to access it. The drinks seemed watered down, food was same same every day, 2 of the day if my stay I had sickness and diarrhea and so did my partner and his brother. The music around the pool was ear splitting loud and not enough beds for all, but they did offer more beds on the beach and jetty, but the jetty is in need of updating as boards were loose and broken and nails sticking out Other then 2 toilets in the reception the only other toilets are down 2 flights of stairs underneath the outdoor theatre where they hold the evening entertainment...which was rubbish. There is no A la carte restaurant as stated on the map, there is a snack bar but only open a few hours. There is not enough seating areas this resulted in people sitting on sunbeds around the pool. The whole hotel is tiles which aren't none slip and we witnessed a couple of falls from people slipping on them. They have 18 pergolas which you have to pay to use. This hotel some major money spent on it to improve all areas. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, was more like a retirement village then a holiday, avoid it and spend you holiday elsewhere.

We’ve recently returned from a stay here & can say we did enjoy ourselves. Firstly we’d just like to make a special mention to Pablo & Eddie from the entertainment team, they were absolutely fantastic, always full of energy, they made a real effort to try and converse with us and learn English from us and just generally friendly people to be around. The rooms are slightly dated but it really did not matter to us, the bed was comfortable, the shower was good with hot water, we had fresh stock everyday (apart from on one day we had to ask for some toilet roll and some towels as we didn’t have any). You get 2 cokes & 2 fanta bottles and 2 water bottles, they don’t replenish the coke & Fanta so once they’re gone you won’t get more. The balcony is small but again that didn’t really make a difference. There is a tv in the room but there aren’t any English channels so didn’t really use it. The aircon worked wonderfully The pool and grounds are beautifully kept. There aren’t loads of sun loungers and they’re all usually reserved before 8am with holiday goers towels. There were signs advising you couldn’t reserve the beds with towels but the staff didn’t do anything about it if there were reserved beds which was a shame. There were quite a few days where we’d go down to the pool and see reserved sun beds at 8am and then people only returning to use them from 4:30pm onwards. The food isn’t too bad, it is very repetitive, lots of options but if you’re a fussy eater there isn’t much to choose from you end up having the same food every day. Overall the stay was very pleasant and we’d have no issues returning here to stay again. Thank you

I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the entire staff of Latanya Park Resort Bodrum for their exceptional service and hospitality. I'm truly happy with my choice — this hotel is a gem! Everything here runs like clockwork. The atmosphere is relaxed yet perfectly organized. The food is delicious and diverse, and the desserts by Cennet and her husband Ahmet are simply outstanding — true culinary artistry. Housekeeping is impeccable, and the hotel grounds are impressively spacious, with breathtaking mountain views all around. Every corner of the resort is thoughtfully designed, making it easy to relax and enjoy every moment. The entertainment program is the cherry on top. From morning to night, there's always something exciting happening — karaoke, Bingo, evening shows — the team puts their heart into it. Morning workouts with Hugo, water polo and darts with Eddie, and the unstoppable energy of the charming Pablo make sure no guest ever gets bored. A big thank-you also to the amazing girls working with the kids — the playroom and evening mini disco are a hit with the little ones! My rating: 10 out of 10. With warm regards, Diana (Ukraine)

English family that have just left the resort and have extremely mixed feelings, I wouldn’t say it’s the worst but unfortunately wouldn’t be returning. Firstly I would like to say that if it wasn’t for the entertainment staff Pablo Eddie and Hugo the hotel would be a shambles they are really what make the hotel and your stay worth it, they work long hours and are always really happy and chatty although limited English they really try to have conversations and make sure your happy cannot give them enough praise, they have music playing allday by the pool from 10am -5pm and have activities throughout. There is one waiter who also goes above and beyond and is so lovely his name is Sabit and again couldn’t praise him enough for making our stay memorable, the rest of the staff we found quite rude and although it advertises English is spoken in the hotel it is very few and a lot of the waiting staff/ reception didn’t understand us and was extremely hard to communicate at times. The layout of the hotel is really nice it’s all on one level, beachfront location, enough beds on the beach for everyone never worried about finding a space to relax and was well maintained as was the pool area and all outside space. There are limited beds around the pool and all under a shaded canopy so if you want to sunbathe it’s quite hard but can be done. The rooms are very basic and dull definitely need upgrading as the rest of the hotel appearance is so lovely I wouldn’t say the rooms are a 4* at all, saying that we don’t really come on holiday to sit in the room so wasn’t that bothered, unfortunately at the beginning of our holiday we had a few problems with our room the shower was broken the toilet wouldn’t flush the aircon didn’t work in the whole hotel, lifts didn’t work, and it was a struggle with the language barrier for them to understand but with help from our tour organiser we managed to get it sorted and we changed rooms. We stayed in the buildings outside the main building which I’ve heard are much better so if you can try get a room in the main building I’d say do so. There is a shop in the hotel which isn’t too expensive but also a shop and chemist across from the hotel also. The food was in our opinion definitely not what we’d expect for a 4* resort. Breakfast was okay - they made fresh waffles pancakes and eggs/ omelet and toasties, selection of breads jams and biscuits, cereal. Lunch - we never went to the buffet for lunch we always used the snack bar which is behind the pool bar and is a la carte there is no need to book just turn up and order what you’d like they have burgers pizzas nuggets kebabs etc, dinner- Most of the food was grilled vegetables and the odd meat option, rice, Turkish bread, salad, soups, we didn’t really eat much at dinner and there definitely isn’t options for fussy children I’ve stayed in many resorts in Turkey that at least offer nuggets plain spaghetti etc for a children menu at dinner but there isn’t one here. There is
