Bodrum Park Resort, our favorite every year for its sea views, has improved its service quality this year. We had a wonderful time with our friends and family. I highly recommend the à la carte fish restaurant.

I stayed at this hotel for our summer vacation and overall, the experience was very positive. First of all, the sea is a natural wonder — the water is crystal clear with stunning shades of blue, absolutely breathtaking. One highlight of our stay was the beach lifeguard, Ahmet Gokhan. He was incredibly kind and helpful — when one of our child’s toys fell into deep water, he promptly helped us retrieve it. He was attentive to everyone’s safety on the beach, communicated fluently in English, and was always polite and professional. The service from all the staff was generally excellent — friendly, responsive, and helpful. We also had a great time with the water activities. Everything was well-organized and felt very safe, Overall, a very good stay and a place I would definitely recommend!

Very poor value for money and cleanliness! If you don’t speak Turkish, don’t come here – it’s extremely difficult, almost impossible, to communicate in English with the staff. I arrived on the 20th of June, and since then, the bed sheets have not been changed. Towels are not replaced, there are no bathroom amenities, no slippers, no hand paper, and the minibar is never restocked! Today is June 23rd, and I had to literally shout to get someone to clean the room – this is unacceptable, especially when you are traveling with children. The food is okay, and the sea is beautiful – but that’s it. There are no other comforts or conveniences. I will never come back here! Especially since the receptionist doesn’t speak English at all and didn’t explain how room cleaning works or how to book the à la carte restaurants. Yesterday, I had to go get the cleaning card myself, and still nothing was cleaned – only when I shouted did they finally clean the room! Also, there is no suitable food for children – for example, no soft soups or non-spicy options available.

As soon as we arrived at the hotel we were greeted with a very warm welcome from the staff and showed inside where you see a luxurious lobby The hotel itself was amazing. It was well kept and looked after with the greatest of views wherever you look. Also all the staff were very friendly and easy to talk to. As we arrived at the room we were stunned. There was fresh drinks in the fridge and it was clean and fresh with a modern look inside and out. Now for the facilities. Wherever you go there is a bar a couple steps away from you as well as snack bars, restaurants and buffets that all serve amazing food if you get hungry. There is also a kids club open every day so you kind have to to relax if you are a parent and you children can make new friends and do fun activities Overall I had an amazing time and this hotel is definitely one of the best I have gone to and hope to come back
