Unfortunately the room stank!!! Not with a sea view as booked but only from the side! In the evening the balcony smelled of sewage, after asking several times nothing was done about it, no replacement room. The receptionist, Okan, did nothing and fobbed me off saying the hotel was fully booked. Never again even though the location was very nice

You can choose it without hesitation for a peaceful holiday. The beach and facilities were very nice, you feel peaceful. The rooms were clean and sufficient. The food was delicious, only the quality of the products in the bar section was low, but I think this is what you get for this price. I recommend it

Amazing holiday, lovely food great entertainment. Everywhere is pristine and clean. Just wanted to say a massive thank you to Oksana, guest services Manager, she always goes above and beyond to help. Also Hassan the best barman ever and special thanks to Ahmed Adin who gave us a personal service always greets with a smile and happy to help, running around serving our favourite cocktails 😃🍹 It was so lovely to remembered by the staff ❤️ we went last year 2024 and couldn’t wait to go back this year 2025. Will hopefully book for 2026 if adult only still applies.

Faultless hotel. Amazing staff, so friendly, welcoming and helpful, from housekeeping to the entertainment team. Would definitely recommend this hotel, it has something for everyone . The food and drinks were amazing as was the beach and pool areas.

I've lost some blood, literally. Went to the hairdressers on the resort for a pedicure. Worst one of my life ( I've had them from Bulgaria to Bangkok, they've all been OK or better). Within a few minutes. Her 'trimming' had gouged out flesh from my toe. Also, she had the cheek to charge an extra 5 euros for exfoliation. Something that's come free on every other pedicure I've ever had. I'm still in pain. Thinking ot was an anti British thing but I did nothing to offend.

Tui Magic Life is amazing the stuff is great, most kindest humans you’ll ever meet. Always looking to help. Selín the Bartender was amazing I wish I could stay even longer. The beach is great there’s a lot of activities to do. I enjoyed playing Tennis with amazing views, I’m sad I didn’t have time to do the Mountain Biking.

Just about to leave Tui Magic life Bodrum and very sad to be going. We had a great experience from start to finish. Hotel is very clean, the grounds very well kept and the staff are friendly and very helpful. A big shout out to Oksana in customer relations team who was so helpful with my husbands dietary requirements, (don’t think she ever had a a request before like she did for my husband) and to Nicky in the entertainment team, lovely lady and always inclusive and smiling There is Plenty to do if you want to join in but lots of places you can just go and relax. The Sandy beach was spotless. We had a club superior room which was definitely worth the little extra. The views of the sea and the sun sets were beautiful. From our first drink at arrival to our last and everything in between was perfect. The hotels is all in inclusive but the standard of food exceeded our expectations. The aqua stations were a great idea. We stayed Tui Magic Life Belek last year and can honestly say this exceeded our expectations. We would definitely recommend this hotel.
