The quality of cleaning (there were food remains under the bed in room 404), breakfasts (they served porridge caked at the bottom), service (unfriendly staff) and the condition of the rooms, furniture, plumbing, and swimming pool do not allow us to give a positive rating. And the gym, which the reception promised was always available, turned out to be closed.

The hotel is old, the furniture is old, some sockets are torn out of the wall. General feeling of devastation. There is no point in comparing with the new modern 4. I didn't like the number, literally at all. The cost is 13,600 rubles per day, and the wallpaper in the room is torn and frayed at the corners. The bathtub is quite small. There are hatches under the carpet that rattle when you walk. Breakfast isn't great either. Expected more comfort

The reservation said 4*, and under the bed in the room there was someone’s chewing gum, a coin, crumbs and some other garbage. For breakfast, there is either a hair or a thread on the sausage. The card to enter the room did not work the second time, when I had a bunch of things in my hands. Restaurant until 23!!! I wish I had been before 18. There is no robe in the room, no toothbrush. There is no minibar. The rest is fine. But the trash in the room is really bad.

I lived for 3 days from August 15, 2022, I haven’t seen such service and outright deception for a long time. The air conditioner practically did not cope with its cooling duties, but it hummed strainedly and spread a bad characteristic smell of filters that had not been cleaned for a long time. Towels were changed, but every day one of the three was missing. Broken shower gel dispenser. The furniture in the room is uh... used. The breakfasts were poor, stale, even dried fruits, which were clearly spoiled, as eloquently fragrant, were still laid out on the buffet line. Well, the icing on the cake is the staff’s strange idea of ​​the service. The hotel was chosen due to its pool and fitness facilities. Only this could somehow explain the inflated price - 7800 for a standard room. But my attempt to get into the pool after a difficult business trip was unsuccessful. The door was locked with a key from the inside, and from behind it came the characteristic squeals and loud laughter of a tipsy group. After she carefully looked at the sign again - indeed there should be a “swimming pool” there and persistently pulled the handle, the employee opened the door and refused to let her in - “everything is booked until 2 am” and no hotel guests were ordered to be allowed in. I don’t mind if a hotel rents out a swimming pool for the dubious pastime of drunken groups, but then why not honestly inform potential guests about this - the service is there, but it’s not a fact that you won’t get it. Why deceive? This hotel does not even reach 3 stars, and 4* is a blatant deception. If you don’t want to ruin your mood, I don’t recommend moving here.
