Very nice team, great location, comfortable and traditional rooms, shared kitchen where you can get to know fellow travelers and very clean. Would happily come back.

The boss has several B&Bs with similar locations but different types. The one I booked this time is a fairly new one. It has clean and good sanitary facilities and I saw many Western guests staying there. The B&B has shared bathing and toilets but they are very clean. It takes about fifteen minutes to walk to Ura Port, the most prosperous port in Yakushima.

I thought it would be somewhat uncomfortable because it was a guesthouse, but it was a newly renovated building, so it was very clean, and the travelers were well-mannered, so I felt good during my stay. It was a tatami room.

It's an inexpensive bed and breakfast with a shared bathroom and restroom, but the rooms are clean and spacious.
It's close to the bus stop, and there are some restaurants nearby, so it's okay.
