Swimming pool and hot tub were freezing cold! Which doesn’t matter to most but if you have kids it does. Otherwise clean comfy rooms

Everything was great. Just two things: the jacuzzi water was very cold and a little dirty, and the duvet on one of the beds was dirty. The customer service was excellent, the breakfast delicious and very complete, and the staff very friendly. I recommend it and will definitely return.

Mixed experience Friendly & helpful staff! Common areas were clean. Pool very cold, hot tub warmish but not hot. Ants in room! Lots of them. Sink didn't drain well. A/C didn't work on a 80° day, so that didn't help trying to sleep on hard pillows. Glad it wasn't summer with no AC but still uncomfortable. Breakfast was good & some decent territorial views.

The hotel and staff get a 10/10. No smell inside the hotel but the surounding area has a strong cow manure scent. Once inside no smell at all
