四樓在裝修，主要對內接待，對於預訂客户不太友好。十一説是供暖了，但酒店沒有供暖，特別冷。半夜到了居然説滿房了。臨時找了兩間房，特別冷。老舊的佈局，衞生間都是後改造的，隔音，隔濕都不太好。

很有意思的一家酒店，老牌的國營賓館，進門後前台第一句話問我是哪個局的！我當時被問得有點兒懵了。後來才知道，住這個地方的基本都是這個局那個局帶着介紹信來的，我入住的時候還收了200塊按金，順便開了張紙質的按金單。這番操作弄得我也衹好一笑了之了。感覺回到了八九十年代……。
再説説房間吧，房間面積挺大的，可是衞生有點糟糕，地上一坨坨的頭髮。洗澡的地方連個放洗髮水的位置都沒有，沒想明白這算什麼情況。房間裏沒有水提供，我想喝水還是到樓下車裡拿了兩瓶上來的。酒店的枕頭特別糟糕，睡了一晚頸椎很難受。退房的時候感終於看到了一位前台年輕小姐姐的笑容。給了我些許的寬慰。

入住後很滿意，60多年前的設計部局在目前來看也是合理，近期重新裝修的不錯，房間面積很大，衞生間使用也方便，早餐15元/位很好。性價比好
