The girl at the front desk provided very good service. It is in the city center. The environment is really good. It is also close to the attractions. There are also snacks nearby. 衞生：一般吧，房間的床單被套非常硬不舒服

服務：非常不好的體驗
第一：下訂單可以選擇不要頭尾房儘量安排一個樓層然後酒店接單後沒有也不提前打電話跟我協商。
第二：酒店的一個姓牛的經理説了沒有同樓層的，讓我去漢庭看看有沒有，這個意思是拒絕接待我嗎，問了以後也不敢説拒絕接待，第一次看到這麼態度不好的一個經理，不知道怎麼能勝任這個位子的，不能就儘快讓位吧，這也是第一次看到服務行業把客人往外推的。
第三：有一個姓果的前台回電話的前台服務態度非常好，幫我解決了我提出的問題，這個評價主要是表揚前台，投訴那個牛經理的！
第四：退房後雖然酒店店助給我道歉了但是我覺得這件事還是想讓更多人知道！不想接下來的客人也能遇到跟我一樣的事情！
第五：希望酒店給這個牛經理培訓好以後再上崗吧，並且個人覺得牛經理德不配位！！！
