亞東海拔2900m, 位於喜馬拉雅南麓，山頂是雪域高原，山下是流水人家和鬱郁叢林。推薦拉薩到亞東自駕遊路線：拉薩8：30出發 雅葉高速——沿河路——曲水雅魯藏布江大橋——349國道——219 國道。路上風景有：雅魯藏布江，羊卓雍措（簡稱羊湖）海拔4441m 是雪域高原上的藍寶石，普莫雍措 海拔5010m 湖面冰水相間，加上對面的雪山的美到讓人兒哭，翻山越嶺的塔日山埡口 海拔5500m ，山頂國道已成搓板砂石路面，是自駕最危險的一段。下午5點才到康馬縣，海拔4280，高德地圖裡程 340km 5小時18分。因為海拔高，特地選了康馬縣的“豪華“酒店，但沒想到酒店的氧氣是要另外收費150元。還好是自駕第一晚，一晚煎熬過來，第二天把希望全寄託在亞東 平措康桑 康養酒店。路線是：219國道 換562國道。路上的美景沖淡了些高反的症狀，崇巴雍措（雪山腳下海拔4570的崇巴湖，我稱她是雪山鏡湖，雪山倒影令人分不清山和水），多情措（實際名稱是多慶錯）水草肥美，水鳥多估計氧氣也多，我們的體力有所恢復，然後路過卓木拉日雪山觀景台（卓木拉日雪山又稱神女峯，是7600米高峯，喜馬拉雅七仙女之一的卓木）。高德里程 209km 3小時，實際下午4點多到了亞東縣。下山的路上綠色越來越多，令人充滿希望，更令人欣慰的是平措康桑 酒店服務超級棒啊！ 不但幫忙拿行李，還幫洗衣服，介紹當地美食和人文，一羣熱情活波的年輕人，成為我們旅途勞頓的最佳休養地，這個康養酒店實至名歸。平措康桑 康養酒店海拔2900m，正常是可以不用氧氣的，但是我的高反症狀尚未消除，所以酒店特意提供了免費的製氧機，免費早餐的熱粥也是我腸胃的最愛。我是非常感謝酒店的年輕人，令疲憊的我獲得生機，正如酒店旁的商業街廣告語：青春需要沖動，開車直達亞東。

從日喀則沿219國道經沖巴雍措，多慶措到達亞東，沒想到在亞東這個邊境小城還有一家這麼上規模的酒店，在日喀則沒休息好，跑來這海拔2800的小城把前幾天沒睡好的覺補上了，幸福！！

家人們，來亞東平措康桑康養酒店就對了！房間設施齊全又智能，床品舒適。環境主打一個藏式風情，乾淨雅緻，還能賞景。衞生更是沒話説，一塵不染。服務超貼心，員工小熊姐姐熱情，還幫忙規劃行程，體驗感拉滿，下次還來！

服務很好很滿意，房間不錯但電視顯示屏幕較小、聲控很不柔和，環境非常不錯的，早餐對一個邊境縣城來説也很不錯感謝小夥子、小妹妹的熱情服務

這家酒店我認為是整個亞東最好的。位置好，酒店衞生乾淨。早餐也很豐富。亞東氣候宜人，海拔又低。每次帶團來都要住這裏，亞東停車很難，但難得是這家平措康桑有地下停車場，前台小熊姐姐熱情又踏實，我每次來都找她預訂房間，給我們安排的明明白白，而且還很會站在客户的角度考慮很多問題。沿途一路風光也很美。日喀則境內度假首選亞東，去亞東首選這家酒店。
