大雨到達酒店車位滿了，前台叫我們冒着大雨去外面找車位停，辦理入住的房卡也打不開房門，催了幾次服務員才來，前台忙可以理解，但事後一句抱歉的客套話都沒有，對酒店的服務太失望了！
