I never give bad reviews, but I am really disappointed with this hotel. It is the worst hotel with the worst soundproofing I have ever stayed in. It is so bad that I thought I didn't close the door! It was noisy all night. The first time was around 22:40. Children in other rooms opened the door and played in the corridor. I reported it to the manager, but he only replied that they would rest soon. I think the manager should tell the guests that it was late and they could close the door and play in the room, but he didn't do it and continued to leave it alone. The second time was at 23:00. A group of people came back to the hotel late at night and made a lot of noise while eating instant noodles and blowing shells. I went to the front desk to report it and said that I would remind them to be quiet, but it didn't work. It was a speechless experience. It was extremely bad! I asked if the hotel had earplugs, but they didn't. The service awareness was lacking! That's it... I won't come again.
