I will try out any newly opened hotels in between. This time I was deeply moved. First of all, the hotel housekeeper started to contact me before anyone arrived. After arriving at the hotel, he personally picked me up and took me to the front desk to complete the formalities. The hotel staff served us hot black tea. , and also gave me a small snack, which made us feel the fatigue of traveling and traveling instantly disappeared. After entering the room, I was even more excited. The various thoughtful and detailed services made me decide at that time that I would not come to Xuzhou again in the future. We changed hotels. There were fruits, snacks, sparkling wine, drinks, everything on the coffee table. I made a cup of coffee for my friend. Unexpectedly, the coffee was the best coffee among all five-star or above hotels I have been to. Strong coffee. The fragrant coffee also has coffee oil floating in it, which is great. The various caring greetings from the room service staff afterwards made people feel warmer and more comfortable than going home. When you leave the hotel and return to the hotel, all the staff you meet will greet you warmly. The hotel environment is very good. The rooms are clean, tidy, comfortable and bright. They overlook the scenery of Xuzhou City and basically have a panoramic view. The breakfast was also very good. I actually had my favorite local snack, horse paste, in a five-star hotel. This is something I have never encountered in any five-star hotel in the past ten years. It was so disappointing. I was moved. From the Ritz-Carlton to the Crown Sheraton Kempinski, I have never felt so motivated to write a heartfelt review for them. The staff were very informative at check in advising of some of the facilities that had been closed due to Covid restrictions and changed location of the breakfast room. Going down to breakfast was great - some very helpful staff and a great selection of food. The in-room option for breakfast (leaving the card on the door for collection at night) didn't happen - I'd attempted that twice and the card was still on the door in the morning. The delivery of extra water with the robot was very cute.
