Friendly service, close to the commercial street, close to the expressway exit and high-speed rail station. Overall satisfied, will stay here again next time I visit relatives. A recommended hotel. Moderately priced. Completely equipped.

The hotel is newly opened and the environment and hygiene are quite good. The room is quite spacious, dry and wet are separated, and the street view can be seen through the floor-to-ceiling windows. The hotel is in the city center. It has its own parking lot for shopping and eating. Parking is also convenient. In short, it is very cost-effective. I will come again if I have the opportunity.

Business trip to Xuzhou with foreign colleagues, stayed in Hyatt, reception is very professional and kind, hotel has fantastic view, Breakfast was very good, the chefs made lots of fresh food (they even made homemade “油条”, looks tempting). I was on a business trip to Xuzhou after a snowstorm. I entered the hotel shivering. The front desk lady immediately handed me a cup of steaming hot honey water, which warmed my heart! I brought a large piece of luggage and planned to borrow a cart to push it to the court. Unexpectedly, the hotel staff drove us there directly. I don’t know how grateful we were in the cold weather. Before leaving, they helped us pack and reinforce our luggage, and gave us two bottles of warm mineral water. I was really warmed by Atour Hotel and the people of Xuzhou.

I have lowered my expectations for the room during the National Day trip. As long as it is clean and can sleep peacefully for a night, it will be fine. When we first entered the room, although it was not big, the cleanliness was acceptable. However, we never expected that there were a lot of ants in our room, on the table and on the wall (Pictures 1, 2, and 3). The next day I saw my mother and she said she had been bitten several times by small bugs (Pictures 4 and 5). The second problem is that the sound insulation of the room is so poor that closing other rooms is like closing the door of our room.

I went to Xuzhou with my friends and chose a hotel not far from Baolian Temple. It felt great and convenient to travel. The front desk staff was super good and also specially picked us up. The front desk lady was also very nice and enthusiastic. The variety of breakfast is OK, but it is also nutritious, with porridge, soy milk, Xuzhou rice noodles and so on. The room was clean and hygienic, but very warm, air conditioning and hot water were also quite good. Later, Xuzhou played and lived in your home!

I like this place very much! The lady at the front desk is also very enthusiastic. The barbecue fried chicken she recommended is delicious. I came to the right place. This hotel is just 8 minutes north of Xuzhou East Station, so it is far from the city center, but convenient if you are not staying long. My room was large and bright, and there are several convenience stores and restaurants downstairs. There are actually several hotels in this building, and this hotel is on the 15th floor. The staff were lovely - one of my wet plastic bags left a stain on the bathroom counter, and when I couldn't remove it by myself I informed reception and asked to use their cleaning products. The woman just smiled and told me not to worry 😊
