如果酒店是旅途中的落腳港灣，這次入住體驗卻像踩了坑——衞生敷衍、設施拉垮。第一次住酒店聽説礦泉水索要額外收費，離大譜從來沒有聽説過礦泉水房間裏面喝完再要居然要花錢，我請問呢 衞生條件差就算了，被子是黃色的但能明顯感覺到臟，翻開被套居然發現裏面被芯有破洞還有血子 明顯感覺到破舊感 我請問呢這種情況能再拿出來用 連被套拉鍊都是破的沒有拉 離譜 再看看浴室 浴室地上的美封居然發黴了 這個價位的酒店能理解，再一看居然是22年開業的酒店才3年就這樣了 再説到服務我請問呢 我給平台上面打電話你讓我直接聯繫管家 那你平台電話留着幹嘛

房間乾淨，樓下吃喝玩樂全都有，離徐州東站也不遠，旁邊不遠就是金龍湖景區，無論是旅行還是出差都是挺好的選擇

首先説的得就是2.4號的保潔，服務態度賊惡劣，問她啥慢悠悠的還牛不兮兮的，然後就是浴袍也不知道換沒換，就跟圖片那樣癱在櫃子裏我也不敢用，櫃子還給我手滑個口子。環境住房沒問題很頂，但是這個保潔我是真想噴她，純神經，0.5是打分的極限不是她服務的態度惡劣的極限

房間的熱水一點都不熱，現在徐州可是冬天呢，真的是差評，找客服也解決不了問題，也沒有解決問題的態度，就是告知熱水在燒了，什麼時候燒好也不告知，昨天就是這樣。今天換了房間還是這樣。繼續差評，玩一天回來，想洗澡沒有熱水，水壓還賊小，一點都不舒服，差評！！！！！！！！！！設備極差！！！！不建議入住！
