首先説的得就是2.4號的保潔，服務態度賊惡劣，問她啥慢悠悠的還牛不兮兮的，然後就是浴袍也不知道換沒換，就跟圖片那樣癱在櫃子裏我也不敢用，櫃子還給我手滑個口子。環境住房沒問題很頂，但是這個保潔我是真想噴她，純神經，0.5是打分的極限不是她服務的態度惡劣的極限

房間的熱水一點都不熱，現在徐州可是冬天呢，真的是差評，找客服也解決不了問題，也沒有解決問題的態度，就是告知熱水在燒了，什麼時候燒好也不告知，昨天就是這樣。今天換了房間還是這樣。繼續差評，玩一天回來，想洗澡沒有熱水，水壓還賊小，一點都不舒服，差評！！！！！！！！！！設備極差！！！！不建議入住！

每次來都會選擇入住這裏，位置方便，周圍商圈也配滿足了吃飯購物的需求，去高鐵站也很方便很便捷，主要是房間環境也好，硬件都很棒，推薦大家。

首先，房間環境還不錯，但是管家的服務態度真的不太好一共住了三天晚上，因為第一天晚上十一點多才入住，第二天房間裏有貴重物品，所以第二天沒有需要客房打掃，結果管家那話説的讓人真的很無語，出來旅遊住酒店難道不是應該讓住户更舒心嘛，但是這個店家就是要求我們，必須要做客房打掃，讓人非常不理解。並且，第二天晚上回去的時候，客房打掃餓並不乾淨，衹是把床稍微一鋪，地面打掃一下，吧枱還是我們自己拿紙巾擦乾淨的。
其次，這個地方如果是來徐州旅遊的話出行不是特別的方便，蘇寧廣場附近會離景點更近一些，這個酒店位置會稍微偏僻一點，可以參考一下高德截圖。
最後，在徐州騎電動車真的要注意安全，因為這邊的電動車大軍真的很瘋狂。

設施：非常齊全 有小度在隨便想幹啥幹啥，放着歌單的感覺真的很棒
衞生：乾淨整潔，衞生間馬桶帶自動加熱 一整個放假私密性很好，晚上睡的很舒服
