位置：鼓樓區，距離商業區不算遠，基本都是3公里左右。周邊有地鐵，但步行不近，不如騎個哈囉助力，相當方便。
環境：周圍都是居民區，很安靜，就是十一期間酒店承接婚禮比較多，有些嘈雜。周邊吃東西很方便，烤串、週記把子肉第一分店，不到一公里還有兩風來和地鍋雞，都是網紅打卡美食。
設施：酒店是國有產業，有些年頭了，可想而知設施是個什麼狀態，放在N年前，還是很有檔次的。不過該有的都有，衹是不夠現代，比如USB接口少等等。停車場很大。
衞生：整體可以，床品、毛巾等。細節不行，地毯不乾淨、馬桶圈有異物、邊邊角角不太乾淨等。
服務：前台服務一般，中規中矩吧。早餐負責登記的大姐挺熱情，還聊了半孩子😂
早餐：品種挺多的，可以説中西各半，還有當地特色食品。雖説算不上精緻（咖啡是滴濾不是現磨），但該有的都有。基本收餐前半個多小時就不補餐了。如果五星級早餐打10分，可以打6分吧。
