This hotel has a great location, being close to the high-speed rail station and hospital. It's one of the newer options in the area with reasonable pricing and acceptable cleanliness. However, the major issue was the rail station shuttle service: despite booking it in advance, staff told me "it wasn't arranged" when I checked at the scheduled time. Being stranded in the early morning was incredibly stressful – such poor staff coordination is a major letdown!
