剛到店就給免費升級了房間，酒店還貼心的給遊客做好了攻略擺在大廳，隨時進大廳都有水提供，自從去廣州住過亞朵以後現在出行基本都是亞朵，服務真的沒的説。需要什麼給前台打電話10分鐘內絕對能送過來。走的時候還給了小零食和水，徐州行是暖心的。酒店離幾個景點都不算遠，去蘇寧廣場步行10分鐘地鐵站1號線直達蘇寧廣場，雲龍山景區的話酒店200米公交車站70直達。酒店10分鐘路程到萬達想吃啥基本都有。

服務態度很一般，入住後發現安排的房間正對着布草間，要求換房間，前台讓等着，因為原房間不能動了就站着接電話，前台不知道在調節什麼一直不給結果，然後又打電話説讓我自己去看一下同樓層的房間號，給換到別的樓層，折騰了好一會也沒動靜，兩個客房大姐正好在門口，問了一下房間可以換了嗎，她們和聽不到一樣倆人自己説話，反正整體體驗不好床品也不是很乾凈。本來訂的兩天，第二天就提前走了.
