隔音效果一般，窗子外面是廣場，聲音放的很吵，老闆態度一般，訂房的時候沒説需要核酸報告，去了以後老闆要，我説沒有，老闆態度冷漠的説你怎麼沒有，別人都有。最後一再協商才能入住

老闆很熱情，服務很周到。會給出遊指南，離火車站近，距離雲龍山景區，富國街，豐儲街這些小吃街都很近，就三公里左右。推薦這家，下次還來。

住的小房間，有窗有網有電視也有獨立衞生間，衞生情況一般，被褥床單不是很乾凈，尤其被窩裡的臭腳丫子味兒，還有窗外公交站的嘈雜聲

房間衞生和設施都還可以，衞生間收拾的也比較乾淨，但是熱水器涼的特別快，加熱到60多度沒幾分鐘就到三十度以下了，所以洗個澡我來回加熱了四五次，真是絕了，然後吹頭髮時發現吹風機最大風竟然跟夏天的小風扇一樣，這。。。另外可能因為靠近車站，早上很吵，因為便宜沒辦法兼顧可以理解，但是熱水器和吹風機真的不太行。
