房間可以説是臟亂差，衞生間的大淋雨噴頭也是壞的。服務就更不用説了，我是晚上凌晨一點到店的，給我講還要等半個小時才能入住，我都驚呆了，也沒有任何的道歉或者説給我們協調其他房型。後來是我要求他們問問有沒有房間打掃出來的，他們才問的，結果是有剛打掃好的房間，如果我不問不知道要等多久。現在不是寒暑假也不是節假日花，了340元住這樣的酒店體驗感太差了。

總體都很好，環境不錯，緊靠高速入口不是太遠。上下高速方便，衞生不錯，早餐也不錯。就是一大早不知道是裝修的還是啥的，太吵了

酒店位於徐州新區，地鐵2號線終點站前一站，可見是有點偏的，但勝在門口就是地鐵站，十分方便。因位於美的廣場，周邊商業配套也算齊全。
衞生感覺一般，可能與裝修格調也有關係，設施看上去很智能，但是智能也代表着容易壞，電動窗簾和牆上的空調控制都是壞的，還有一點不太行-窗户不能打開。
服務人員很熱情，沒毛病。

房間乾淨整潔，因為在新區，所以比較便宜。門口就有地鐵站，附近有居民區，購物商場，吃飯購物都超級方便，晚上還帶孩子玩了玩樓後面的健身器材，不錯。有免費停車場，服務態度也很好。除了離方特比較近，別的景點都比較遠，但是晚上睡得好，便宜也很重要

體驗感很差，一進門味道就很奇怪，衞生間地面濕的，不知道是不是剛打掃完，整個房間就兩個插座可以用，床頭兩邊、衞生間的都不能用，打電話給前台前台上來人就説給換房，其他什麼辦法都沒有，都快睡覺了還要大包小包換房圖啥，這個價格配這樣的設施服務嗎？上一次的房間吹風機壞的，也別格式回覆了，不想看，以後出差過來也不會選這邊了，一百多的快捷都比這邊行

這是我住的衞生環境最差的酒店，電吹風是壞的，插座是壞的，房間衞生死角打掃不乾淨，地毯臟，衞生間水龍頭關上滴水，隔音差。

先説好的，房間夠大，停車方便，再説不足，設施太陳舊，開的房間洗臉池不會出涼水，窗户關不上，房間裏颳了一層塵土，跟前台溝通後換了一間，電視打不開，洗臉池漏水，是那種一點水都不會走下水道的漏，洗個臉漏地上的水能把鞋子泡透，飄窗上全是灰塵，兩個布藝座椅上都是陳年污漬，空調響的像火車，最最最關鍵的是這樣的房間，這樣偏的位置，你收我370一晚上是不是有點黑了？性價比太低了。
