The service provided by the lady at the front desk was good and very thoughtful. When she saw us arrive at the hotel entrance, she took the initiative to help with the luggage. The check-in rate was high and she helped us take the luggage to the room. The room arrangement was satisfactory, clean and tidy, with complete facilities and convenient transportation. I highly recommend it.

The pillows were so soft that it was hard to sleep. I got a stiff neck. The soundproofing was terrible. Someone was on the phone at the door in the middle of the night, and it was like they were arguing. I didn't get a good night's rest.

The service was terrible. The front desk clerk acted like his cheating husband. I said the air conditioner wasn't cooling, and they said it would be fine after a while. I kept it running for two hours, and it still didn't work. I arrived at the hotel at 3:00 AM. I called several times, but they hung up on me without resolving my issue. Finally, they couldn't help but switch rooms. The experience was awful! Ctrip extended my checkout time by two hours, but they said it was 12:00 PM. How disrespectful!
