We booked a hotel (deluxe king-size bed room) on Ctrip. When we arrived at the first room (8210), the TV did not turn on and the table lamp was faulty. We were moved to room 8203. We asked about the sound insulation and they said there was no sound at night. However, the sound of the car was heard all night. The sound insulation was very poor. At 9 pm the next day (we were out for something, so we changed rooms late. Thank you to the front desk), we asked the front desk to change to room 8308. However, there was no sound when the TV was turned on, the main chandelier in the room did not light up, and there was no socket at the head of the bed. This was the first time I used a power bank to charge in a hotel. In addition, the air conditioner failed overnight, the water temperature for the shower was not high the next day, the towels were damaged, and the washbasin was obviously not repaired.
