衞生打掃不乾淨，居然在桌上還能看見煙灰，且酒店環境很差噪音太大，根本睡不着，馬桶用一下就堵了，而且還總是聞到一股惡臭味。。。。

這店太黑了! 我是一名考研學生，之前在攜程網在該家賓館訂了兩天，下午4：30左右登記，房內物品沒有任何使用和移動，接着我發現賓館聚目的地太遠，想改行程。一個小時後電話聯繫想退房店家不同意，本來我覺得有部分原因在我，衹退一天房費就可以的，但店家還是不同意。行程有變動也是人之常情吧，為什麼不能退房呢？接着在平台上申請修改訂單，店家還是多次不通過，並説是平台不讓改。打電話給平台後，客服多次與店家交流，結果竟然説是店家老闆（其實是本人）不同意。。客服很同情我的遭遇，但因為他們和店家是合作關係，不好採取強制措施。
瞭解本地其他同行業，一般做法也衹是少量扣點違約金罷了。 而且店家廣告中承諾在入住後20：00前可免費取消。結果還是態度很強硬的拒絕。
這種滿嘴謊言，把責任推給平台的店你還敢入住嗎？提醒大家入住萬分小心！

實話實説.五一房間400多，貴就貴吧~到了一看真的是最差小旅館，100給我都不想住。果斷取消離開，沒想到商家沒有取消還給設定入住了，還好攜程給處理好了。必須給攜程點贊👍想要預訂的一定一定擦亮眼睛，環境真的是見過最差的

極其差，令人髮指，馬桶散發惡臭，衞生間門把手壞的，房間挨着馬路晚上噪音拉滿，整體衞生情況更是一言難盡，瞭解真實情況後慎重考慮
