The facilities are old and the hygiene is very poor. The environment is in the community. The parking lot is shared with the community. You have to call the front desk to lift the barrier. I give a thumbs up to the front desk. It's just the hygiene. It's hard to describe. I almost vomited. It's not worth the price at all. I was cheated. Oh!

Came to Xuzhou to watch a concert. The hotel called a week in advance to ask if we needed a shuttle bus. The service was very considerate and thoughtful. The hotel front desk was also very enthusiastic. They prepared hot water for us and told us which restaurants nearby were delicious. The room was also very clean. It was a five-star rating. I will stay here again next time I come to Xuzhou.

Unfortunately, the upgraded room had a bit of smell, so I changed it back to the superior king-size room. Please trouble the staff. All the staff were very enthusiastic and the experience was very good! It is very convenient to eat around. If you want to go to Yunlong Lake and Yunlong Mountain, it is recommended to stay near the University of Mining and Technology. Parking is too difficult during the National Day holiday!

In July, I decided to come to Xuzhou to watch a concert, so I immediately searched for hotels online and finally booked this Atour Hotel. At that time, I saw that there was a concert and the hotel would have a free shuttle bus, which was also the reason I considered it. It was just that there was no commercial performance, but it was also very close to the Olympic Sports Center. Facilities: The hotel facilities are good. I booked a Jimu twin room, which was quite large. The bathroom was separated into dry and wet areas, and the shower area was quite large. Sanitation: The sanitation was quite clean. Environment: The environment was good. Although our room was by the road, it didn’t feel noisy at all. Service: The service should be pretty good. The person who checked in at the front desk might be a newcomer. I clearly booked a room with two breakfasts, but your people said that I booked a room without breakfast. It was originally going to be sent to us. Fortunately, there was a record when booking; the second mistake was that the room fee was clearly paid at the hotel, but the front desk asked me to pay directly on Ctrip. I was confused, fortunately another person next to me helped. The drinks in the hotel room refrigerator are all free. I really confirmed this twice. When we checked in, we were given biscuits and coffee. When we checked in, they took the initiative to give us sour plum soup. When we checked out, they gave us two bottles of water. I give a thumbs up to such service. Late Night Porridge Road: The package I booked includes this late night porridge road. After asking, it is from 9 to 11 pm. There are small dishes, porridge and the like in the lobby. Unfortunately, the concert ended and I walked back to the hotel. I don’t know if this can be delivered to the room. In general, it’s good. This trip was a bit rushed. I didn’t visit Xuzhou or try Xuzhou’s special food. I will definitely come again next time if I have the chance

Maybe it was because of the concert, the room rate really surprised me. Fortunately, I was a Ctrip diamond member and it was slightly cheaper than what I got in the mini program. I was supposed to check in after watching the concert in the evening, but I arrived at 6 o'clock and checked in. The room I booked was not available yet. The front desk lady arranged another room type for temporary rest and gave me a breakfast coupon. She also helped me take my luggage to the room. I checked in directly to the new room when I came back in the evening. The breakfast variety is also very rich, and the key is that each one is delicious, and there is also my favorite tofu pudding. I will stay here again when I come to Xuzhou next time
