衞生太差勁了，看了兩間房，馬桶都是刷不乾淨的，衞生間還有怪味。淋浴間是沒有門，洗個澡水都漫出來了。一次性牙刷是炸毛的，地板是開裂的。三百不到的價格定的高級雙床房，結果看的兩間房，一個在電梯口，一個在走廊盡頭，還都是詭異的三角房型，這種還能算高級？説是萬達店，實際離萬達走路還要半小時。前台服務和打掃阿姨都還挺好，可惜地段和設施都配不上這價格！

單人房麻雀雖小五臟俱全，而且雖然空間不大但是整體視野很開闊，臨街可以感受到市景氣，關上窗户拉上窗簾沒啥噪聲私密性也很好，浴室裏的洗澡水也熱得很快，最最重要的是，床好軟~太好睡了吧，真的很能撫慰人旅行的疲憊~

【隔音】樓下施工，半夜十二點多還沒結束，早上六點五十就開始了，非常吵非常吵。我是客人，不是罪人，花了小四百的高級大床房還不如睡大街上。隔音太差了，窗户關不關都一樣，門口有人關門比自己關門聲音還響。睡眠衹能這麼差了。
衞生：馬桶蓋上一層沒擦掉的東西，衞生紙盒子裏麪一堆黑黑的
設施：排風扇直接壞了
服務：前台小姐姐很好，但是別的都太差了

屋子不大，但是很乾凈，如家出差還是可以的，小姐姐還是美麗大方的，徐州這個地方炸串不能吃以外，燒烤還是可以的。但是不得不説，這窗外就是工地，根本沒法睡懶覺。還有就是我的房子提前定的反而貴了，如果當天預訂便宜不説，屋子還比我定的大，**便宜的更離譜，以後攜程不能買了，坑人

房間挺大的，也很乾凈！空調給力，住着挺舒服。唯一的缺點就是大床房這邊的窗外有個建築工地，早上6點不到就開始施工製造噪音。晚上又下大雨，樓頂下水管的聲音也挺響的。

房間就是正常水平，服務人員態度理想，家庭房在頂樓，前台怕房間熱，多給了一張房卡，讓留一張房卡在房間，避免出去以後房間空調關了，房間太熱，這個好評。

入住兩晚，第1天晚上是12點這樣入住的給我們房間窗户外面就是一個大型的施工現場。第2天星期六早上六點多鐘開始施工了， 我們1點多入住，本來就想着早上多睡一會，可是6:00就開始施工了，真的很無語。早上跟前台説幫我們換房間，但是前臺中午聯繫我，説跟我一樣的大床房沒有了，讓我升級為豪華大床房。我不會加任何的錢去升級。因為換房間是因為你們房間太吵而不是我的原因。最後他幫我換成了標準間。我覺得你第1天給我留的房間明明知道在施工為什麼不跟客人説明。我多少錢填就定了，可是他沒有聯繫我沒有人跟我説。本來出去旅行就很累了，就想着晚上好好休息。
