全國那麼多維也納這是住過最差的一次 衞生那麼差 平台訂房 一會漲價一會一漲價 過年期間趁火打劫原本二百多房間漲到五百多 酒店挨着快速路 窗户單薄的可憐 特別吵 早餐衞生那麼差 菜品不能再簡單了收餐直接用手抓 放袋子裏 掉外面直接抓起來放嘴裏 太讓我驚訝了！！

到徐州住得維也納很失望，衞生條件差，沙發，地毯臟兮兮，還有頭髮，也沒人清理，沒人檢查，500多住的不值，平常房價也就200差不多，過節貴啥也不説住的起。這樣的連鎖酒店管理上還是存在很多問題，也就做個表面，細節做得非常差。窗台窗户居然還是90年代的鋁窗台，可想而知隔音是啥樣，房間隔音比較差，夜裡能聽到各種各樣的聲音，一夜都沒睡好。哎,慎選慎選

酒店環境乾淨，房間佈局完美，優雅中不失情調，酒店裝修華麗舒適。服務周到，從大廳員工到客房員工，個個彬彬有禮。而且真的很乾凈，每一個細節都很周到。退房的時候身份證落在房間裏了，酒店工作人員剛開始沒找到比較尷尬，後來才發現掉在床下面了，還好沒耽誤坐火車，給一個大大的贊！

很喜歡這家酒店，兩年前我住過一次這家酒店，當時就感覺體驗特別好，所以對這家店印象深刻。這次又入住的這一家很喜歡，很乾凈，進去就很舒服。就是晚上到的晚，停車場太大，走了幾步才到大廳，建議好好規劃一下。酒店位置不錯，前台推薦的周邊飯店都很好吃。下次去徐州還選擇這家酒店，就是喜歡。

來徐州旅遊玩，，奔着交通方便定的這家店。前台小姐姐服務態度超好，我們無床的房間給升級了，出去玩很多次給升級還是第一次！體驗感不錯，我真的很喜歡這個可以投屏的電視。熱水24小時不間斷，空調製熱也到位！給提個小建議，客房阿姨打掃衞生儘量讓下午過來，中午兩三點鐘正在睡覺，推遲一點最好啦！
