The room was big, clean and beautiful. The most comfortable pillows I've ever used at a hotel more so than Marriott and Hyatt. The AC could not be adjusted, sleep was disturbed because the room was hot. Ugly cigarette burn on the couch and huge brown stains on the bedroom curtain. Check in was ok, the room wasn't ready and so we were asked if we wanted another room, it would not have been an upgraded room because we had already booked the last suite. She also asked IF we had made the booking or someone else had, never been asked that before and I've stayed at over 30 hotels around China. Gym is small, but has the necessary equipment for a quick workout. Breakfast was Chinese, no western option, other than fake bacon and sweet sausages and dry French fries. Lots of fruit to choose from. I would stay there again but will not book breakfast. There are numerous places to eat outside or order to the room and the meal gets delivered by a robot. Ladies at the the front desk should smile, they don't look happy to see their guests.

Perfect modern place for downtown. Highly recommend over other places in Xuzhou. They are incredibly fast, efficient, and the hotel is within walking distance of the main shopping mall. The tv inside is modern and huge as well. Gym and washing machines make the stay more convenient.

Location is alright, but it's quite far from the nicer parts of Xuzhou. Check-in process was atrocious and time consuming; zero English spoken whatsoever. The rooms themselves were so hot and there seemed to be no way to adjust or alter the temperature. Beds were comfortable but it was too hot to sleep.

The hotel is very clean and luxuriously decorated. My children and wife are very satisfied. There are small gifts and souvenirs for check-in and check-out. Very satisfied. Recommended to stay

The location is very good~ There is Xinhe Plaza nearby, which is convenient for eating. There are many branches of popular snacks~ The environment is beautiful~ I checked in with my children, and there are special children's slippers and toothbrushes. I gave them a fruit check-in gift, and they also gave the baby a snack when I checked out. It's very considerate^_^ The hotel has complete facilities, a gym, a laundry room, and its own parking lot. It is very convenient for families traveling by car~ It is clean and hygienic. I stayed for two nights, and the service staff came to clean the room on time! Orange Crystal is trustworthy~ I will stay here again when I come back to Xuzhou

What I am most satisfied with when traveling to Xuzhou is the hotel. The facilities are relatively new, the place is relatively bright, the TV is very big, and I love watching TV series. The environment is great, and there is Xiaodu Xiaodu. The rooms are all smart. Just turn on the air conditioner, lights, curtains and call Xiaodu. I originally planned to stay for one day, but because the environment was good, I extended it for another day. The sanitation is very clean, which makes people feel very beautiful. I basically spent more time in the hotel for two days, basically ordering takeout, and there is also a bar for eating. It would be better if there were two chairs. Anyway, it's so comfortable. If I had more time, I would like to stay for two more days. The breakfast can be said to be the ceiling. It is a relatively good breakfast I have ever had. There are fruits, yogurt, rice noodles, fried rice, fried noodles, milk, soy milk, etc., and there are many beautiful young ladies at the front desk. They are all very friendly. Especially when I renewed my card yesterday, a girl with glasses and long hair was very gentle and asked us if we wanted to clean the room. We also liked the aunt who cleaned our room yesterday. The hotel service is very good. We only ordered one breakfast, but the front desk gave it to us as a gift when they saw that we were two people. They also gave us a bathtub cover, and asked if we wanted to take more water when we left. It is just across the street from Line 1 subway station, and it is very convenient to travel around. Many popular attractions in Xuzhou are within walking distance. There are robots for delivering things, and the room hygiene is also very good.

Very quiet, convenient transportation, close to the subway entrance and popular business district, and many delicious foods nearby, a good choice for traveling in Xuzhou! The breakfast is complete and very satisfying!
