Very bad check in experience. The front desk staff didn’t say a single word during the check-in. The worst hotel front desk I have ever seen. All the treadmills were unplugged. You have to do it yourself

Hotel is old and due to age very dirty in appearance I.e. corroded bathroom, flaking wall paper, poor air conditioner, no working fridge, no working safe etc An cheap option for an over nighter but avoid if your accustomed to 3 star basics.

The rooms are old and dirty, with poor soundproofing, constant noise, and poor service attitude. It's embarrassing to wait for someone to order dishes, or to fix a lamp. A four-star hotel is not even as good as a two-star hotel, and the price/performance ratio is very low.

徐州的老牌四星酒店第一次入住這裏，交通位置很方便，門口有停車場。
設施：房間還是比較寬敞明亮，設施有些老舊了，衞生間的攝都不錯，淋浴房的出水量很大，洗澡很舒服。
衞生：打掃的比較乾淨，總體非常滿意。
服務：總體還不錯，前台的接待男服務人員有些過於刻板僵硬，餐廳的工作人員服務都非常好，而且熱情讓人感覺很暖心。
早餐雖然簡單，但是有徐州自己的特色，米線非常不錯。

交通便利，就在路邊，距離富國街步行不到10分鐘，户部山，回龍窩不行20分鐘內，打車到博物館，漢文化景區都在20分鐘內！
但是酒店設施老舊，還是浴缸，空調很吵，製冷效果也不行，室內燈光較昏暗，wifi信號不佳！
門口有停車位！就是天氣太熱了，每天就是點外賣！

交通方便，幾步路就是徐州蘇寧廣場，地下城，一公里就是户部山，回龍窩。大堂富麗堂皇，前台熱情洋溢，首先就讓客人有賓至如歸的感覺。房間乾淨整潔，服務已很到位。有需一個電話，馬上就到，絕無二話。讓客人住了這次下次一點還來的。

酒店地處市中心區域，酒店後面的小吃很多，可以喝到著名的馬户。還有鮮花店，現在都用百元大鈔疊花了。暴花富！
