位置很好，開車很好找，有地下車庫，離徐州博物館步行十分鐘，周邊吃飯很方便。一層有接待人員，辦理入住在大廈五層，前台業務熟練，熱情有禮貌。房間乾淨整潔，設施齊全。早餐也在五層，品種多樣，口味非常不錯。退房也快，前台幫忙填好車輛訊息，免費停車。房間內遺落物品有工作人員及時聯繫，並幫忙郵寄，非常貼心有效率。全五星好評

學校就在師大邊上，有不錯的城景，出行也很方便。
我是晚上零點前入住的，五六點鐘酒店就會電話確認訂單，酒店還免費給我升級了套房，一些小問題打電話給前台接線員的態度也是非常好無論是早上還是深夜，退房時正好遇到打掃房間的阿姨，阿姨還友好的祝我們一路順風。
真的非常感謝雲龍山希爾頓歡朋酒店，讓我的徐州行體驗感拉滿、非常感謝🙏🏻

看點評預訂的酒店，結果與點評描述的一樣，，前台與樓層服務員服務佳，態度好，有了家的感覺，到店後升級了房型，增加了一個自助早餐，退房時間按客人的乘車時間延長了退房時間，這次旅行因希爾頓歡朋酒店的服務增色不少，下次來徐州會繼續選擇該酒店

住的24樓，景色很好，直接看到雲龍山雲龍湖，樓下就是地鐵，去哪都很方便，走到博物館，户部山，豐儲街都很近，去蘇寧地鐵兩站路

非常不滿意，一點不推薦。第一次住歡朋，我的房間有個裝飾玻璃門，透光，五點半開始房間就開始亮了。夜裡也不知道哪個管道，一直有滴水聲音。控制面板電路有問題，一直閃，房間關燈後就像開了霓虹燈。睡的不好。懶得換了。

提前電話聯繫過，給升級了房間，空間大了還有一個沙發床，很適合帶孩子的家庭，地理位置非常好，離地鐵站很近，步行可到達雲龍上 雲龍湖 户部巷 回龍窩和蘇寧廣場，附近吃的也很多，送了歡迎水果很甜，前台有一個戴眼鏡的小美女態度特別好，推薦大家來徐州一定要去看彭城風華

房間超級無敵大，感覺大床房有其他酒店行政套房的尺寸，非常棒。酒店設施很新也很乾凈，還有一個空氣凈化器，好評。離地鐵步行2分鐘，非常方便。很推薦這家酒店。
