前台014服務熱情周到，大廳富麗堂皇，非常漂亮，訂了幾間房感覺非常不錯，房間乾淨整潔，設施也很完善。床墊軟硬適中，枕頭高度正好，非常舒適，讓人感覺像回家一樣温暖，出行也很方便，門口就有停車場，非常贊/:strong 強烈推薦！

房間臟且服務差！入住當晚發現床頭有污漬，第二天反饋給前台！結果在外玩完回去後發現一點都沒清理！！！還是原樣！大寫的無語！且開發票也很拖沓！！6號退房，到現在還沒給開出發票。。

住過這麼多次酒店，這次是最差的，價錢和環境衞生不成正比，牆上角落裡好多蜘蛛網，現在是春天竟然還有蚊子，給前台反應説正常，外面都在穿羽絨服，有蚊子前台竟然説正常，孩子咬的一身包。垃圾，哎

此次入住家庭房，幫朋友一家人訂的，之前朋友也住過，明顯感覺不如以前住的舒服，已在攜程上訂好付過全額房款，定的時候顯示不要按金，直接辦理入住，結果到店時候還要按金，搞得很尷尬。説中央空調結果還是小單機空調，朋友帶着孩子一晚上都不暖和，洗浴間也y太冷，不敢給孩子洗澡怕凍着，床也硬 ，影響睡眠質量，本來預訂兩晚，結果第二天朋友主動退房不願意繼續住了，自己訂的別的地方，搞得特別尷尬。以後估計不會再入住這家了。

家庭居住，設施很老舊，和攜程上圖片有非常大的差異。
衞生很差，衞生間毛巾都發暗黑色，而且都破損帶毛邊。房間沒沙發陳舊，且中間斷裂。床單上有黑乎乎的污漬。
