Service: The reception service at the front desk was very good and patient. The only drawback was that there were two spots on the sheets. We don’t know what it is, but the experience is very poor. The answer given by the housekeeping lady was what kind of detergent was used during cleaning, but it always felt weird. The final solution was to change the sheets🤷

環境，服務都不行，定了兩間房，房間有異味，床頭的桌子上有腳皮，地上也有，枕頭上不明紫色液體，牆面不明斑點，馬桶圈上尿液，最可氣的是找了酒店前台，明天沒有給我們換房間，卻跟客服説給我能升級房間了。。説給我們升級房間的那位員工，請問你是怎麼説的出這樣昧良心的話的？

房間衞生和環境設施真的很差，抱着期待的心情去的結果大失所望，和圖片評分完全不一致
衞生：房間異味很大，被罩有黑色的污漬，床頭很多灰灰塵，晚上睡覺渾身癢，廁所不是乾濕分離
設施：隔音太差了！隔壁房間笑聲、咳嗽聲、説話聲都聽的一清二楚，還有客房保潔大早上六點多就在走廊用對講機説話，吵得睡不着覺
服務：唯一的優點就是前台姐姐服務很好，非常禮貌熱情
