整體體驗還不錯，從踏入酒店的那一刻起，就被熱情周到的服務所打動。前台工作人員辦理入住手續高效又專業，還貼心地為我們介紹周邊景點與美食。房間更是令人驚艷，整潔寬敞，床品柔軟舒適，一覺睡到自然醒。衞生間乾濕分離，洗浴用品品質上乘，熱水供應穩定。酒店的早餐種類豐富多樣，能滿足不同口味需求。閑暇時在健身房鍛鍊了一番，器材齊全。下次出行，這裏絕對是首選，強烈推薦！

窗户拉手壞的，關不上，讓過來處理，來的師傅字裡行間表示是我給搞壞的，讓人很不舒服
房間網絡連不上，連上了也一直掉線，偶爾不掉線網速還差的很，根本用不了，衹能手機熱點給電腦用

當晚11點多入住，懷裡抱着睡着的孩子，前台在那打電話閑聊，愛搭不理的。。入住後，樓上KTV唱歌到凌晨3點左右，可以用鬼哭狼嚎形容，喊的每句歌詞聽得清清楚楚，喝多酒發瘋一樣亂喊。入住前和入住時，前台並沒有告知這種情況。被折磨了一夜，一夜基本沒睡，找前台，前台也不解決，還撒謊説樓上KTV倒閉了，就給了我一個劣質的棉耳塞。。因為一夜沒睡，早上睡了會，過了早餐時間，兩張早餐券沒用也不給退。去退房時，前台態度很差，也很不耐煩，很沒素質的那種人。。另外那個浴頭黃的都上黴包漿了。。下面視頻是唱歌聲音，現實房間中比視頻中大10倍不止。。倒貼我錢我都不會住了，折磨了一夜，前台態度差的要命

服務非常熱情，房間乾淨衞生，必須要誇獎一下，有事情諮詢前台，講解的很詳細，整體環境非常乾淨，酒店的工作人員都非常熱情，酒店距離高鐵站也很近，非常方便，因為有點事情耽誤了十幾分鍾退房，酒店跟人性化的沒有加收房費，推薦入住五顆星！

酒店入住和退房都很方便，前台服務不錯很貼心，前台還給我升級了房型，房間乾淨，住的很舒服，徐州燒烤真的很棒，交通也方便，整體來説性價比很高，是周邊評分最高的酒店，如果在徐州停留，首推他們家，性價比超級高！

非常好的一次入住體驗，酒店周邊環境不錯，離高鐵站和侯集中學很近，酒店的前台非常耐心服務，徐州的美食燒烤也很好吃，酒店安全性很好，進電梯後要刷卡才能到樓上的房間。房間打掃也很乾凈，沒有灰塵，前台還耐心的給我講解了徐州的景點和美食打卡地，總之整體感覺很舒服！非常好！
