I like the lady at the front desk very much. She is very gentle and nice. She makes people feel very comfortable. The environment is also great. I came here to play. 唯一的優點就是市中心，去哪裡都方便。到了之後才知道徐州不大，打車費用更是低的不行。不建議住在市中心可以住在遠點兒，地鐵和打車都很方便價格低。而且住宿環境非常好。
ps 住了3天第三天實在受不了換了酒店，如圖打掃後的樣子。東西也是亂放，地下也不打掃乾淨。向前台反應了一下也是愛搭不理。天氣太熱每天找要幾瓶礦泉水都不是很樂意。然後直接出門自己買吧。近300的價格太不值。裝修更不提了，一塌糊塗。

這次在酒店度過了非常舒適的兩晚。房間整潔舒適，寬敞明亮，前台服務非常友好，有需要的東西直接提出要求基本都會滿足。而且當我們提出希望延遲退房的時候，酒店也非常痛快的答應了。延遲退房絕對是這次體驗的點睛之筆，讓我們帶着愉快和滿意離開。

五一節來住600塊，感覺平時這家酒店應該就1、2百的價位。
客觀評價，先説優點：
1、前台非常主動熱情，真的好評。
2、酒店地理位置很好，離蘇寧廣場步行就幾百米，門口馬路對面有很多共享電動車，打車也很方便，門口馬路對面十幾米就是地鐵站可以直達徐州東站。
3、樓下有便利店。
4、酒店附近吃的東西得很多。
5、床單還算乾淨。
6、房間配了帶聯網的投影儀，使用感覺不錯。
再説缺點：
1、住在6樓，電梯上來，聞到客房走廊一股油煙味，發現居然電梯口就是一個餐廳廚房，廚師開着門在燒飯炒菜，油煙充斥整條客房走廊。
2、打開房間窗户，是老式窗户改建的，破玻璃和老鐵窗框都沒拆，敍利亞戰損風格，不知道是不是我運氣不好，整個酒店最破的房間被我住到了。
3、衞生間牆上有頭髮、水龍頭上各種水垢污漬、地面和吊頂扣板發黃、吊頂破損、刷牙杯墊發黃、鏡前燈電源線束包裹着膠布外露..
4、電梯按鈕既然知道壞了，就應該修修好。
5、酒店應該是90年代改建的，樓梯風格就可以看出來。
真實住店感受，不吹不黑，如果酒店方能花點錢在設施優化和衞生細節上作出改變或許會更好，這麼好的地理位置，應該有更好的發揮空間

先説優點，價格便宜，房間很大，地鐵就在斜對面，樓下就有餐館和水果店，前台工作人員也很熱情，這些都很值得誇讚！這個價位能有這麼優渥的地理位置以及服務很值
缺點是整個樓是由舊樓改造，所以處處顯得很陳舊，然後就是衞生問題…如圖所示，但最主要是窗户根本不隔音，關了跟沒關似的…晚上難以入睡，早上早早被吵醒，希望這點能加以改進
總之有利有弊，不介意衞生和噪音的絕對可以入住
