I like the lady at the front desk very much. She is very gentle and nice. She makes people feel very comfortable. The environment is also great. I came here to play. The most important thing is that the location is super good. It is very close to the subway entrance. Suning Plaza and various attractions are not far away and can be reached on foot. And they also helped me upgrade the room type for free. I checked out and left my luggage at the front desk at noon. In short, I was very happy and satisfied hahahahaha🥳

五一節來住600塊，感覺平時這家酒店應該就1、2百的價位。
客觀評價，先説優點：
1、前台非常主動熱情，真的好評。
2、酒店地理位置很好，離蘇寧廣場步行就幾百米，門口馬路對面有很多共享電動車，打車也很方便，門口馬路對面十幾米就是地鐵站可以直達徐州東站。
3、樓下有便利店。
4、酒店附近吃的東西得很多。
5、床單還算乾淨。
6、房間配了帶聯網的投影儀，使用感覺不錯。
再説缺點：
1、住在6樓，電梯上來，聞到客房走廊一股油煙味，發現居然電梯口就是一個餐廳廚房，廚師開着門在燒飯炒菜，油煙充斥整條客房走廊。
2、打開房間窗户，是老式窗户改建的，破玻璃和老鐵窗框都沒拆，敍利亞戰損風格，不知道是不是我運氣不好，整個酒店最破的房間被我住到了。
3、衞生間牆上有頭髮、水龍頭上各種水垢污漬、地面和吊頂扣板發黃、吊頂破損、刷牙杯墊發黃、鏡前燈電源線束包裹着膠布外露..
4、電梯按鈕既然知道壞了，就應該修修好。
5、酒店應該是90年代改建的，樓梯風格就可以看出來。
真實住店感受，不吹不黑，如果酒店方能花點錢在設施優化和衞生細節上作出改變或許會更好，這麼好的地理位置，應該有更好的發揮空間

先説優點，價格便宜，房間很大，地鐵就在斜對面，樓下就有餐館和水果店，前台工作人員也很熱情，這些都很值得誇讚！這個價位能有這麼優渥的地理位置以及服務很值
缺點是整個樓是由舊樓改造，所以處處顯得很陳舊，然後就是衞生問題…如圖所示，但最主要是窗户根本不隔音，關了跟沒關似的…晚上難以入睡，早上早早被吵醒，希望這點能加以改進
總之有利有弊，不介意衞生和噪音的絕對可以入住

第一次來徐州帶孩子玩網上選擇的這家酒店，環境和設施是真差，關鍵是燒水壺還不能用，前台的人説燈本來就不亮，燒上三分鐘就自動加熱，我放上燒了一夜也沒熱，準備睡覺時發現被角竟然有大便，噁心無語，關鍵是價格還這麼高，從來不給差評的，這次是真的不能忍了，太垃圾了

老闆，有錢把窗紗換了吧，爛了個洞，很影響感官的。
另外啊，空調管從窗户玻璃開洞伸出去，冬天夏天，熱氣冷風怎麼辦？
洗澡間廁所那麼大呀，房間相對都小了，不知道什麼原因導致的這種情況，但一百六七十的房間，也不算太便宜（非節假日）
