The underground parking is dirty and messy, and the lobby reception service is the highlight of the hotel.
The smell at the exit of the elevator on the fifth floor was so unpleasant that it was suffocating.
The room facilities are outdated and the worst thing is that the sewer is blocked.
The carpet was dirty and not cleaned. The carpet in the corridor was cracked in many places and could cause people to trip over.
There is basically nothing left for breakfast at 8:30, and there is no renewal. Ask the only waiter who can argue with you for half a day.

房間設施陳舊，衞生質量一般，隔音不好，親子房間像是大床房加了一張簡易單人床，翻身床就響，影響睡眠質量，而且床墊太硬不舒服。退房時給總枱服務人員反應床的問題毫無反應，沒有一點接受建議的樣子，有點失望了。

徐州酒店五一期間整體漲價太誇張了，酒店房間不少，一看就是後來又裝修過，拋開價格談好壞不合適，這個價格確實性價比不高，但是考慮整體都漲的很厲害，衹能説不差。

房間特別乾淨，整潔，而且還大。前台服務態度特別好，我們忘記一個衣服還主動給我們打電話來。晚上到了都快1店多了。還給我們服務。還有早餐，種類特別多，還有麪食和餛飩，反正體驗感特別棒。下次還住這裏。
