臨時訂的,就是個招待所級別的賓館.典型的老破小,平常房價百十塊，五一期間猛漲價到快400。這也可以理解，問題是衞生和環境太差了！在一個高架橋下面，一晚上大火車過的不消停吵的根本睡不着，房價衞生也不行，被子竟然是破的沒有早餐也罷了，關鍵是周圍竟然一家便利店一家餐廳都沒要麼訂外賣要麼走很遠。再也不五一出去了平常出門根本不可能花這個錢訂這樣的招待所

設施：設施比較久了，建築年限久
環境：靠近東三環，不過住的房間沒有面向那一側比較安靜。就是樓下附近沒吃的，點外賣才行，不然要有1公里多才能找到吃飯的地方
衞生：衞生一般般，還可以接受。衹是設施比較老舊。外圍很大塵，在修路什麼的

挺好，有需求給前台提也儘量滿足了，房間也不錯，停車方便。住了好幾次了，整體比上幾次要好的多，店裡可能是在分區翻新，以後肯定會更好，下次還會來！

剛開始辦理入住時候的男店員服務態度很好，會給你介紹去哪裡玩，中午辦理的入住，辦理完後放下行李就出去了，等晚上回來的時候發現窗子鎖壞了，衹能關上，鎖不上，外面還有個平台，特別不安全，跟前台反應，前台就説就這樣，你們已經過了退房時間了，沒法退房，也沒法換，態度相當惡劣。並且房間裏面的衞生相當差勁，到處都是灰，衞生間門檻還粘鞋底。

酒店門口是免費停車位，還挺大，一家人帶孩子出來玩的，訂的雙床房，詢問前台可不可以加被褥，前台給送上來的被褥、水和洗刷用品，老闆很客氣，因為帶着孩子給安排比較安靜的房間！價格沒得説，服務沒得説。還會再來！這服務態度必須好評！！！

當時看到這個價格還特地打電話再問一下，確定是這個價格嘛。確定後才定的，本以為是很小的房間，到店後進房間很大，窗户很大很寬敞。距離想去玩的地方也不遠，前台建議打車去不開車。人太多！總體感覺不錯。就是店舊了點。聽説馬上要從新裝修了。很棒

路過徐州住一晚隨便訂個便宜的房間到前台説訂的房間靠近馬路給我換了安靜的房間，停車場🅿️挺大，酒店門口就可以停車。附近吃飯的不多，不過可以外賣送到房間，總之性價比挺高吧。
