The hotel has friendly service, cleanliness, and convenient parking. There is free luggage storage at the front desk. If you have to catch the bus in the morning, the front desk also has a wake-up service. The breakfast snacks are exquisite, and they also have Xuzhou specialty steamed buns. It is very good and highly recommended!

五一假期帶老婆小孩出遊，提前訂的大床房，到店後，前台温馨的給我們升級了套房，也準備了水果小吃！酒店掛牌四星，雖設施比較老，但衞生環境不錯，所有浴巾都是消毒密封袋包裝的，放心使用！酒店服務也非常nice，值得推薦！

感覺是很老的酒店，好久沒裝修了，設施老舊，冰箱電源都沒開，電吹風倒是挺好的。有果盤送，內容見我照片。早餐中規中矩。地理位置不錯，地鐵站邊上，離開徐州博物館，雲龍山都步行可達。

房間挺大的，採光也好，隔音效果也不錯。就是開業時間長了，設施難免有點老化。另外，空調的聲音有點點大。

酒店服務人員熱情周到，房間整潔乾淨，早餐豐盛有徐州特色。去吃早餐時辣湯沒有了，餐廳人員還特意給做了一份。酒店位置是最大亮點，就在地鐵2號線出口，到市區各個景點及火車站都很方便，這裏恰好又是博物館、户部山、雲龍山、淮海戰役紀念館的中心位置，步行十分鐘即刻到博物館、户部山、雲龍山索道。

有自己的專屬停車場，第一次來需要注意路牌別找錯。房間很大，衞生特別滿意，毛巾都塑封袋包好。卧室的網絡不太好，電視和手機總斷。早餐實在是不太行，品種不少，就是都不太好吃，希望可以提升一下菜品質量。

這是一家名副其實4星級酒店，服務熱情，房間免費升級的，房間住的很舒服！我看好多人反饋設施，我感覺這還是看價格，200多的價格體驗星級酒店超值啊，要求設備好又服務好的樓主可以選擇更高端的酒店啊，這酒店地理位置不要太優越，離徐博，雲龍山，戲馬台，豐儲街抬腿就到，門口還有地鐵2號線，另外酒店還有很大的免費停車餐，出行方便，來徐州還會再選擇漢園的！
