房間味道很重，是下水道的氣味，電話拿起來居然是忙音，跟本聯繫不到前台，自己找到前台，回覆沒有多餘房間，不能更換，找了工作人員處理，拿個濕紙堵住地漏，噴了點清新劑，那混合的氣味真的是～～～，房間舊不説了，很正常，但基本的衞生都沒做好，燒水壺黑呼呼的，角落都是臟的，電話打不通的，500一晚非常不值，還不如邊上200一晚的快捷酒店

避雷吧，酒店的地理位置確實是不錯，但是環境衞生實在太差了，根本不敢相信這是麗楓！
我以為我定一個貴點的房間會好一些，徒增生氣而已，原來網上的差評都是真的反饋啊！
酒店前台一個男士接電話冷漠不熱情，小童牙刷拖鞋都沒有，房間設施又破又臟！房間不隔音，房門透光，衞生間衞生死角很多！
整體就像小縣城的賓館，根本不值得這個價，也配不上麗楓的標準！

服務態度挺好，但是酒店環境很差，房間衞生不好，地毯上全是污漬，牀頭櫃都不擦乾淨，房間裏面還有一股下水道的味道，讓處理，就是噴一下空氣清新劑，都服了，價格650塊的房間，真的太差勁了

帶70歲的父母週末出遊，所以定了家庭房。酒店位於市中心，富國街，户部山，回龍窩都不遠，地址絕佳。一開始發現馬桶上放一個一次性墊圈，還暗暗贊歎酒店有心了。結果後來大失所望。七點多打電話給前台説空調不動，前台喊了女服務員來開了。客廳是立式空調，房間是中央空調。客廳空調可以用了。到八點不到，發現房間空調沒起作用，沒有風出來，不啟動。再打電話給前台，前台又喊了一個男的來開。男的説房間裏的空調壞的呀，我們問壞的？他又説修了，又按了幾下，讓我們再等等。八點十幾分，空調還是沒有用，又打電話給前台，前台説喊工程師來看。工程師來説什麼前面的人來了都沒有開好，他來開好了，讓再等等，一個什麼面板上的燈要滅了才行，外機就啟動了。我們沒有辦法就再等等了。等到九點還是沒有用，再打前台電話，我説兩個小時了，空調一直不好，你們怎麼解決呢？是給我換個房間還是怎麼樣？結果前台説我們本來都好好的，怎麼你住了就壞了。我一聽生氣了，這意思我弄壞空調了？我掛了電話就下去找前台。結果有個酒店工作人員直接説你退房吧，找別的酒店。我真的很惱火，一這麼晚你讓我退房換酒店？二我的父母70多了，你把長者在零度下的氣温趕出酒店？三你酒店設施有問題你的解決辦法就是趕客人走？當時另一個前台也告訴我説已經找維修工了，過來要半個小時。我們沒辦法，衹能硬等，等到十點多維修工説修好了，就走了，但房間温度一直沒上升，我們也不想折騰了，父母親都累了一天了，穿着毛衣睡了一晚。
