有一説一，節假日這個價格可以了，酒店服務態度很好，並沒有踩雷，唯一不好的就是對面的爛尾樓，爛了可憐

房間衞生非常差，進屋看到廁所沒打掃第一時間給前台打電話，前台説可能是阿姨忘了，就完了，也不提給我過來打掃下。
洗澡完才發現毛巾巨臟，光着身子沒辦法衹能晾乾。
中央空調早就停了，靠掛機取暖，相信我根本打不熱，酒店的解決方案是多加一床被子，冬天千萬不要選擇這家酒店
天智也算賈汪老牌酒店，當時建成規格也很高，現在都不如一家快捷酒店，希望你們可以避雷

除設施稍微陳舊其它比較滿意，免費停車方便，地理位置優越，周邊環境不錯有景觀河公園等，吃飽飯逛一逛非常棒，確實便宜，性價比無敵了。不知道那些差評怎麼來的

設施陳舊，服務也跟不上，早飯也沒的吃，停車也很不方便，借個充電器也不願意，讓我用充電寶，結果用充電寶充了一個小時，才沖了不到10%，充電寶的燈就跳紅燈了

房間衞生乾淨不錯，早飯沒按時送，打電話問還説送過了，房卡要100元按金，全國酒店沒有這樣的，顧客是上帝的理念哪裡去了，我不太滿意，酒店離我家很近，要不是有事，北京來個朋友，我才不在這個酒店住呢！總之不太滿意的一次入住，打電話到攜程，經攜程協調，勉強答應免了100元費用，前台小姐姐還不太高興，衹能給三星了，三星好評。

設施比較老，也算是老牌的酒店了，去的時候在裝修，早餐都是送到房間，服務員態度不好，因為發燒了讓送兩瓶礦泉水，被告知一個房間衹有兩瓶，喝完要收費？？？我説收費也要，半小時後，送送來了，也沒説收費的事，噁心
