Elong Deluxe Hotel (Xuzhou Jiawang Wuyue Square)

I stayed at the Elong Hotel and couldn't help but give it a good review. First of all, the hotel's door sign is very eye-catching and I found it immediately. Then the hotel parking lot is very large, with small electric car charging stations. The lobby is quite grand, the service of the ladies at the front desk is also very enthusiastic, including the design of some cards for surrounding tours is very thoughtful. The room is also very clean and hygienic, and you can see a very natural river view through the window. Xuzhou's Back Garden is well-deserved. I can escape from the steel and concrete of the city for a short time, which gave me a very good experience. I also hope that this hotel can get better and better.

I really don't know how this kind of hotel got a 4-diamond rating from Ctrip. The management is chaotic and the hotel is dirty and messy. I checked in at around 8pm and was told that many rooms were fully booked the night before and had not been cleaned up yet. After the rooms were assigned, there was urine in the toilet and the floor was full of black stains. There was only one pair of toothbrushes and only one bath towel hanging, but no hand towel. The shower joint was leaking, and the windows were leaking air and the sound insulation was extremely poor. I researched the hotel out of curiosity and found that it was a certain smart hotel that changed its name. Booking a certain smart hotel on major platforms is more than 30% cheaper than this hotel. We stayed together and the breakfast was at the level of a fast hotel. The only good thing is that the front desk service is enthusiastic and bottled water is in place. I think the supervision is negligent for this kind of hotel to be rated four stars. The experience is extremely bad!

非常滿意的入住體驗，必須給五星！首先房間特別大，佈局合理，行李攤開也綽綽有餘，活動空間很足。衞生狀況無可挑剔，無論是地板、衞生間還是桌面都一塵不染，看得出清潔非常用心。對於開車的人來説，門口停車簡直是福音，位置充足，而且是免費停車，進出酒店極其便利，省心省力。整體體驗感很棒，強烈推薦！

絕對值得的五星完美體驗。入住房間第一感覺就是大布局合理不壓抑行李隨便放清潔度滿分床品衞浴都一塵不染，門口停車位多，免費又方便對開車族太友好了早餐超出預期食材新鮮現做的熱食尤其好吃開啟美好的一天。

這次入住體驗堪稱完美！酒店大堂寬敞明亮，工作人員熱情貼心，從辦理入住到離店全程耐心服務。房間乾淨整潔，床品柔軟舒適，智能設備齊全。早餐豐富多樣，中西式美食應有盡有。周邊交通便利，無論是商務出行還是旅遊度假都超合適，強烈推薦！
