設施：很新，而且很智能，馬桶也是智能的。
衞生：真的很乾凈，我去的時候剛好打掃完，還有消毒水的味道，讓人住的很安心。
環境：屬於徐州的老城區，去徐州主城區超級近，直接步行十五分鐘到富國街，小吃一條街。
服務：服務態度超級棒，前台小姐姐個個都微笑式服務。讓我對徐州超級有好感，下次去還住！還送了水果小零食！

幾個方面客觀評論下，希望對來徐州遊玩吃喝的朋友有實質性幫助哈：
首先服務，辦理入住時就感覺小姐姐是貼心的，把房間樓層，窗户情況都説到，讓我們自己選擇。問到推薦的美食也耐心的介紹。離店時換班的小姐姐同樣温柔，問了入住感受，送了零食小禮物，給外來遊人感受到了徐州的温暖。
然後環境與位置方便，酒店是24年，設施是新的，感覺比較乾淨，但房間不是很大，隔音效果也不是特別好。主要是因為位置離市中心較近，吃飯在周邊步行即可，出行比較方便。
最後價格方面，同樣地理位置，性價比還是很高的。所以看大家綜合考慮啦。

酒店前台小姐姐服務特別好，看帶着孩子出來玩特意給送了幾包小零食和飲料。環境和衞生都不錯，裏面洗衣服都是洗烘一體，特別方便。附近出行到富國街步行衹有幾分鐘，到雲龍湖公交也方便，如果下次來還要住這家。

這家漢庭服務很好，趕上中秋還送了小禮品很暖心，雖然距離地鐵站有一公里左右，但是附近到龜山漢墓，徐州博物館的公交很方便，附近好吃的也很多，遠離很多網紅店，樓下就是黃河故道，風景很好，住起來很舒服。

超級巨無霸好的一家酒店啊，先誇誇前台服務態度很好，有問題響應速度很快。環境和整體的氛圍也很舒適，房間窗户可以看到湖，視野很開闊啊。最最最心動的一點，洗衣房排隊了好多衣服，我們把臟衣服放在衣服簍裏上樓就忘記了，想起來已經過了兩個小時，再去洗衣房看的時候發現已經洗好了，真的瘋狂心動啊。本來以為要熬夜洗衣服了，結果節省了很多的時間。給前台的美女小姐姐們點個贊
