體驗感極差！衞生打掃不乾淨，桌上都是油漬，完全沒擦。地上居然有很大的大蟲子到處爬！！！隔音極差，早上天還沒亮 外面走廊和樓上的小孩們開始狂奔尖叫！樓上走路説話都能聽到！一切都很差！

酒店蠻新的維護的也很好
重點空調很給力
門口就是雲龍湖公園穿過公園就是萬人沙灘
萬人沙灘的湖對面就是雲龍山觀景台
博物館也在附近
我們不管去哪裡都打車

酒店位置很好，就在雲龍湖旁邊，湖面景觀盡收眼底，這個價位的酒店服務、設施都不會有太大問題，酒店搞活動還送了遊船票，酒店後面是一個綜合商業街區，各種小吃店和咖啡店可以逛，酒店前就是雲龍湖，可以租電動車或者自行車進行環湖遊覽，環境非常好。

假期旅遊體驗感最差，真心勸退！本來不喜歡寫評論，但體驗太差，衹想幫助大家避雷！公平公正的説，酒店設施是全季的正常水平，但維護不好，房間裏的智能馬桶時好時壞，燈控開關按鍵不好用，最令人無語的是酒店設計，入住前告知房間衹有內窗，但入住後發現外面像建築工地，如圖所示，要求換房間被告知沒有。
不知道是傢俱問題，還是通風問題，我們就住了一個晚上，早晨起來嗓子很疼，皮膚過敏起紅疹。
酒店停車場衹能停20輛左右的車，其餘全部被安排去其他停車場，雖然被告知報銷停車費，要求付費之後拿憑證去前台報銷，報銷時又説要等財務答覆，總之我們退房到現在未收到停車報銷。
服務很一般，我們晚上8點多到前台辦入住，帶着孩子，車不知停哪裡，前台衹一味的指揮我們掃碼、掃碼、掃碼，離店時寶爸去開車，我一個人帶着一堆行李和寶寶，前台衹站着看，不聞不問。最搞笑的是，我們外賣訂餐，特意問了前台，會有機器人送餐，結果中間收不到，被告知是外賣小哥自己上樓了，那樓梯控制有什麼安全感可言？結果外賣最後是機器人送的，前台自己都搞不清楚送餐情況，丟下一句“如果收不到，或者少了東西，你們自己聯繫外賣商家！”
最後説一句，早餐自助的徐州米線不錯，這是唯一的好感！

新酒店，設計理念和設施是不錯的，服務更是到位。全季最出名的是香氛吧，整個酒店都是好聞的香氣。掩蓋了出門就是雲龍湖公園這個優點。
