房間隔音太差，燈光比較昏暗，衞生也差，一進來就發現床邊有一團紙，孩子冷讓送床被子，前台説滿房沒被子了，電話那頭的男士應該是個領導吧，態度極差，墨跡了半天送了一床被子，實在不建議入住，出來玩住的鬧心

酒店應該稱為元亨酒店，不是貝殼酒店，也不是格林豪泰旗下的，掛羊頭賣狗肉，門頭是spa店，電梯剛剛打開就是充值，樓道昏暗，沒有燈光，讓人感到人身安全無法保證，酒店牀頭櫃也是放着誘導充值的代金券，不是正規酒店，忘廣大旅客不要上當受騙，作為一個旅客，我很失望，攜程和酒店互相踢皮球，該履行的責任都不想承擔，希望大家訂酒店之前一定要看！

首先這個酒店結果他裏面非常的陰暗，然後半夜兩凌晨2:00還有情侶在電梯口門口，然後我和我朋友兩個女生去住，然後電視機根本打不開，然後還是兩個遙控器也不能投屏，然後找一個修電視機的結果是個男的，我們明明都刷過身份證了，為什麼會有男的進入半夜2:00有男人進入我們的一個房間去修電視啊包括他的，我們當時要入住的時候，他的房還沒有空出來，我們衹能等他清房，然後客人還沒有走，送的洗浴卷晚上也不能用説女客用不了，那我請問男就是可以用了是嗎？包括他的以進門的佈局就給人很奇怪，説是大床房那個床1.5米都沒有，我感覺非常的虛假宣傳，包括他的衣服，包括酒店的浴巾，什麼被子被套都不乾淨，上面都有黑色的點點融絮什麼的，我覺得在這個平台上非常不靠譜

酒店位置很好，周圍都是徐州特色美食，停車很方便，地面、地下都可以停車，地下停車場需要聯繫前台輸入車牌號就可以進去了很方便，房間乾淨衞生，還給配備了一次性馬桶墊，服務很好，點的外賣服務人員給送到門口，很貼心！

房間超級好，很大，比我想象的要好很多，乾淨衞生，同等條件位置的酒店他的價格很實惠，位置也便利，車放停車場，全程騎電驢出行很方便，旁邊就有很多吃飯的地方，走着就很方便，服務態度好，進門出門都很熱情，還贈了兩份早飯，有遺忘的東西也主動聯繫我們幫我們郵寄，徐州之行很滿意

該酒店虛假宣傳，佈局詭異，設計就有問題。1.哪有鏡子對着床的？我晚上睡覺時候左耳邊聽見了別人的呼吸聲，還做了噩夢。2.床很硬，睡覺太難受了。3.淋浴間放洗髮水沐浴露的置物架放外面，每次還得出去拿沐浴露洗髮水4.淋浴間裏有掛衣服的架子，這麼小的空間衣服不會濕嗎。5.衹有淋浴間裏面有下水道，下水還很慢，置物架放外面，我得出淋浴間才能拿，淋浴間外面沒有下水道，積水特別多。6.房間特別空曠也不整個沙發凳子啥的，很適合大媽跳廣場舞。

設施：室內設施符合價位標準，而且這個價位有個浴缸，還要什麼自行車。
衞生：衞生條件中規中矩，房間清掃也很及時。
環境：訂房間的時候忽略了明窗的問題，室內是比較暗的，空氣流通靠的是走廊的一扇小窗，最難受的是因為無法室外情況因此生物鐘受到了一定的影響，經常會晚起一段時間。
服務：這就不得不提上文提到的浴缸了，新入住房間不久就開始搗弄起浴缸來，誰知怎麼也不放熱水，讓人是實在心癢難耐，於是多次求助店方，店方派出了經驗豐富的工作人員劉俠大姐，根據她的判斷有可能是冷熱水標反了，隨着閥門調向實標冷水時，熱水緩緩的流入浴缸，可真是久旱逢甘霖，感謝劉俠大姐，泡在浴缸實是享受。
