The front desk manager took the initiative to give us a breakfast voucher when he saw that we were traveling as a family of three. I felt the hospitality of Xuzhou people on my first trip to Xuzhou. The room was booked on a high floor according to the booking notes, with a wide view, and the children were super happy! The bathroom is equipped with alcohol disinfectant wipes, which shows great attention to detail. It is worth mentioning that the washbasin is also equipped with a faucet for purified drinking water, which is great for making tea and coffee. The breakfast in the buffet restaurant on the top floor in the morning is also great, with a wide variety of delicious dishes, as well as Xuzhou local specialties. When we finally checked out, we were a little late because we had dinner nearby, and the front desk manager helped us delay our check-in to after 2 o'clock. However, the statement made by the front desk at that time was unacceptable. They said that check-out time during the May Day holiday was 1:30! Were you not informed when you checked in? The room was indeed changed the next day, but the water pressure in the room we moved to was unstable and it was sometimes hot and sometimes cold when I took a shower. But it finally became quiet, so I just endured it and took a quick shower. In terms of facilities, the biggest problem of this hotel is that there are only two elevators. With so many people traveling, it takes almost twenty minutes to wait for the elevator every time. Those who are in a hurry to catch the bus must plan to leave early. The management of the breakfast restaurant is very chaotic. When I was getting my meal, my chair was moved away. I told the waiter but he didn't care. There were many people during the Qingming Festival, but it shouldn't be so bad that I had to wait for more than ten minutes without a cup to get water. All in all, I think the hotel is generally OK, but the service and facilities are totally unable to cope with the large flow of guests. The prices have increased so much during the Qingming Festival, but the service cannot keep up. Maybe the experience will be better if you go out on weekdays, and the price will be reasonable. I think this elevator problem has been reported for a long time... I hope the hotel can fix it soon.

The room was nice! I asked for an extra pair of slippers and two more bottles of water and they were delivered immediately. Mainly talking about breakfast, it was very, very good! The most important thing is that the hotel only has 4 elevators, and between 8 and 11 o'clock in the morning, only two elevators are open. Breakfast is on the third floor. The accommodation is more than ten floors above, and only 2 elevators are open. Every time I go to eat or go downstairs to play, I have to wait for at least 20 minutes for the elevator to go up! ! !
