比較適合作為去海南島輪渡前的中轉居住，因為是第二天早上的船，從這裏過去徐聞港也就十五分鐘車程，就比較方便住一晚。小區停車場不收費。有個陽台，有洗衣機可以晾衣服，視野很好，可以看到海邊灘塗。 需要提醒的是，雖然圖片中廚房有燃氣灶，實際也確實有，但是和房東確認是燃氣停了，所以衹有電磁爐可以用，需要根據自己需求判斷。 總體來説是一次滿意的途家之旅。
