房間是不錯的，總體來説比較大，而且確實在海邊在房間的陽台是可以看到一點海的，衹是斯維登一貫的特點就是停車需要單獨付費，稍微讓人有也覺得有點不爽。

位置還可以。設施、衞生環境若能夠提高一點就好了。老闆還算可以、解決了我一些問題。但整個物業管理跟不上、停車費也挺貴的。

離海安新港很近，住一晚再入島，很方便。地下停車場好停車，15元可以接受。可以點外賣，雖然選擇不多，但大夜晚才到達，有口吃的很不錯了。

去海南路過，住了一宿，公寓式酒店，整體還算滿意，可以帶寵物，非常適合帶寵物出行的朋友。屋內有廚房，帶着寶寶入住非常方便

拖家帶口自駕游來的旅客就不要考慮鼎龍天海灣小區的住宿了，特別是行李多的自駕遊用户。這個鼎龍天海灣的小區停車場是不直達入住樓層之間的。是我們停在停車場後，拉行李爬4條樓梯到達小區地面，再走去相應樓棟的電梯間坐電梯上樓。上到小區地面是露天沒有雨篷，如果適逢遇到下雨，那真是奧利給了😂😂😂

店家服務態度很好，打電話詢問地址和房間之後，主動加微信告知停車位、樓棟號、開門方法和退房步驟等等。一次性洗漱用品和礦泉水都很齊全。唯一美中不足的是春節期間入住房間寬帶欠費，沒有WIFI和有線電視，店家給出了補償方法，但是不想再半夜換房間了，最後不了了之。

住公寓房必選斯維登，房間設施齊全，特別是枕頭專門備了兩個一高一矮。
鼎龍灣有很多家民宿，建議還是選擇斯維登，確實在細節上做的好。

自駕去海南，過海前住一晚。
設施：公寓式酒店，有洗衣機和陽台，有家的感覺
衞生：中規中矩
環境：外環境很好，靠海，沒有過度開放，比較原生態，這次是路過。如果停下來住幾天也不錯。。小區環境設計不錯，但入住率不高，稍顯冷清。位置較偏，適合自駕入住，不過很安靜。
服務：談不上服務，一樓有間辦公室，入住的時候給個房門密碼，退房微信上説一句就行。還是方便。

沒有前台、任何配套服務；從辦理入住到離店至始至終沒見到任何服務人員；電話裏聯繫也不暢，居然告訴錯了開房密碼，小區內衞生也不好，而且還這麼高的價格，沒任何性價比而言。給3分都高了。
