房間在6樓，沒有電梯，樓梯也有點窄，不是很方便，周邊食肆還是挺多的，也離主幹道比較近。房間挺大，比較簡陋，但衞生。

菠蘿的海離這蠻近的，兩三公里這樣，從道路過是很容易錯過這裏的，網站上介紹的外觀己經過時，衹有一塊不大的標示識牌，現在它長這樣。一年後不知又長成啥樣，各房內飾應無大變化，安靜整潔衞生。大規模基建完成後應該是個大酒店的模樣，名字也或許是改叫啥啥大酒店，對了，就叫菠蘿大酒店。介時入住客人皆附贈當地特產：菠蘿。想想是不是特別帶勁。好了，就先説這麼多，佳人們，我要上三元塔公園逛逛了，祝你們玩的愉快哈，菠蘿大酒店歡迎您們入住。

自建房類型，但是衞生比較差，其實房子舊點這個沒啥問題，但是衞生為啥不打掃的乾淨一點呢，便池都是黃黃的也不刷乾淨，體驗不好
